Perfect customer service. The people working there are friendly and helpful. I got 2 phones and 3 lines at an excellent price. Everything was amazing. I recommend all people to shop from this store. Elizabeth was the one who helped me. She is one of the best workers there. I was impressed by the way she dealt with customers, and with me as well. I hope for more progress for T-Mobile.

Why ask for an email only to ignore it?Purchased case for zflip...lost receipt, they wouldn't return or exchange. Contacted the manufacturer same story...but they offered a 15 percent discount if I purchased more junk from them..sure.TMobile is the worse, exactly why I got rid of them. Their low rating is well deserved. The manufacturer, tech21 is just as bad.Very low vibration people. I normally don't make returns but the product was so bad I felt ripped off...If you buy a case and it needs tape to install don't buy it! They were deceitful because they put it on for me...at first I thought they were being nice, but it was only to hide the low quality.I summons the same negative energy to their employees, and employee's decendants into perpetuity.

As tourists, we needed a sim for 2 months to use for navigation (data) and calls. All in we spend $95 getting set up. We were not allocated the correct package and sim setup to link to IMEI was not done properly. Lost 6 hours standing in the T-Mobile in Locust, NC, eventually we were kicked out with the promise of a refund and being given the $50 unlimited package, but instead they (manager: Kelvin) lied and only gave us the $10 package and no refund received. The consultant, Kaleb, was very enthusiastic and accommodating, but he did not have authority. I was highly disappointed to later discover our predicament. I then had to visit another T-Mobile in Miami to pay another $50 to get a 1 month unlimited package to help us navigate through the rest of our trip. Service such as this is despicable and an insult to the consumer. Absolutely disgusted with after sale service and especially the LIES from the staff.

I came in to get my jump trade in. The representative lied about my eligibility saying that I wasn’t on the jump plan anymore because I didn’t have insurance on the phone. He basically had me open a completely new lease and then tried to get me to leave my old phone at the store. So I would’ve had to pay for the old phone anyways.If I were you, I’d go to apple and get the trade in. Do not waste your time here. Or just do it over the phone cause clearly they need retraining in the store.

Edwin is trash. Rather than finding a solution he looks to escalate situations where everyone leaves unhappy. Not attentive, not customer care forward just trash really.
