Store sucks now. Nothing you want ever in stock yet there are workers with carts constantly in your way ‘stocking’. Not the ones shopping for pick ups but ‘stocking’. Produce is rarely there no matter the time of day so either its bought out immediately or rarely (re)stocked. Makes no sense. Self checkout is down to 10 items so just get rid of it and have the person just standing there work a register. Was a great store but went downhill the last year+.

Horrible Shopping experience. Came to shop and one guy with a baseball cap and glasses was trailing behind me until I checked out. I’m pretty sure it was because I was not white. First racist experience I’ve encountered in target. Will not shop at this target location ever again.

When the Ulta employee and another customer stare you down while you’re browsing and waiting for said employee to be done with their conversation <<< i just wanted new foundation. now you made me uncomfortable.

I’ve never had a bad experience at target until today. An employee came up to me for stupidly with an attitude & hostility. didn’t get her name but she’s white, wears small glasses with salt & pepper hair. about 5’5

I am very disappointed in Target. I have not been able to find many things. Either the sore is out of the item or it doesn't carry the item.

Customer service miss the mark in Edison, NJ. Unfriendly and unkind staff, especially at the self-checkout tonight. No sense of urgency and interest in providing good customer experience and support. Long lines, and staff do not have a clue on how to balance the checkout lanes. Change of management and proper staff training on great customer service may help turn this store around.

I just had a terrible in store experience . Asked for management and they were very unhelpful. They could not simply assist with fulfilling my online order. It was a very negative visit, and it could have simply been handled by scanning my items and fulfilling the order. Instead I had to wait in my car for over an hour and wait for them to fulfill my order. Very unfortunate experience at the Menlo Park location.

My favorite target to go to. I have never been disappointed with the drive up pick up service. I get my stuff on time with a friendly professional service. I even tried to tip and the lady respectedly said they are not allowed to receive tips.thank you, guys for all you do.
