Worst bank to worst service.

Thank you Zanera for nothing today. Refused to notarize a document bc the mortgage wasnt held with TD despite us being TD customers. We had two sites that completed this for us on 4 separate occasions. You said your site only notarizes things from TD - which is incorrect. We came to this site instead because it seemed less busy. Now I know why. You just turn people away so you don’t have to do anything. Ridiculous and a waste of our time.
Drove to another TD bank and they were able to complete this in under 10 min. Do your job better Zanera or at least try to do some of it.

I just went and deposited money to the atm overnight and the atm pretty much stole my money only depositing 2 cents I went to the branch and the manager didn’t help me at all she said there’s nothing she can do . Never go there

Like with most places, this place has good, and bad. Most of the workers are genuinely nice and cordial but also act genuine rather than forced. It is a good change of pace and they do genuinely do their best even when having issues.
Now for the negatives. The manager.... is the polar opposite and despises any criticism. They also hire less people than really needed, leading to lines forming as there is often only 1 bank teller in inside and 1 at the window, when typically there should be 2 tellers inside, especially for more complex proceedings, which some banks have a separate office altogether for the complex, but not this one unless it can get a new customer and only the manager manages to get an office with privacy. It is a sad state of affairs, and I hope they can accept feedback for once...

I visited this branch as a non-customer to exchange some bills for $10 bills and was also open to creating an account to complete the transaction. My request was denied because apparently they don't offer that service. I found this very disappointing, especially since I was ready to become a customer. It’s frustrating that such a simple request couldn’t be accommodated.

The WORST business experience I had in my entire life in this location...?♂️I was literally "interrogated" by her "majesty" G Rahman about my business structure, what I do and questions bombarded on my business and personal bank transactions.I just stopped by to get my simple card issue resolved and I was fbi'ed by her "highness"...Gee what a farce and prejudiced environment that lady has/had...

Discriminatory practices at this location is rampant at this particular location. I’ve been ignored by the banks manager and passed over in line intentionally. Never receive a greeting while other customers of different cultural backgrounds are overwhelmed with great customer service. This is a Federal offense.My daughter switched to a different banking provider all together.I will file a full complaint regarding the business practices at this location as suggested by the CSR for TD online banking. I have to travel far from my home in Edison to either Rahway or Woodbridge, New Jersey branches to get good service. That’s not OK.

The manager here is rude and does not know how to handle a fraud claim. I should have called their main office to deal with the fraud on my account. They should have a manager that knows what they are doing and with better customer service.

This location has the most horrible customer service ever. The staff is not friendly and are rude to you. They don’t greet you with a welcoming feeling. I’m so glad that my cousin is the one with the account here and not me.

BEST TD BANK SERVICE EVER!! I've been using TD Bank for some time now, and I am very impressed with the customer service. I was in the area yesterday and stopped in to cash a check. There was only one person ahead of me but it was taking a long time. Nevertheless, Liliani gave me a friendly smile and acknowledged me. Then Ghazal, the manager stepped in and cashed my check for me! This is the ONLY time I ever saw a manager step in like that!! (In other banks managers tend to act like it's above them to go to the teller window). But, wow, this was very professional! Then while Ghazal was cashing my check, Liliani apologized for the wait. Cheers to Ghazal and Liliani for GREAT SERVICE!! If I lived closer, I'd go to this bank all the time!

Had $10 worth of coins that they would not take. Then I was ask if I need it a balance. Without looking at my ID nor asked me for the password I set up and she just gave me the balance. So basically anyone could have my account info. No privacy! Huge concern for me!
