Discriminatory practices at this location is rampant at this particular location. I’ve been ignored by the banks manager and passed over in line intentionally. Never receive a greeting while other customers of different cultural backgrounds are overwhelmed with great customer service. This is a Federal offense.My daughter switched to a different banking provider all together.I will file a full complaint regarding the business practices at this location as suggested by the CSR for TD online banking. I have to travel far from my home in Edison to either Rahway or Woodbridge, New Jersey branches to get good service. That’s not OK.

The manager here is rude and does not know how to handle a fraud claim. I should have called their main office to deal with the fraud on my account. They should have a manager that knows what they are doing and with better customer service.

This location has the most horrible customer service ever. The staff is not friendly and are rude to you. They don’t greet you with a welcoming feeling. I’m so glad that my cousin is the one with the account here and not me.

BEST TD BANK SERVICE EVER!! I've been using TD Bank for some time now, and I am very impressed with the customer service. I was in the area yesterday and stopped in to cash a check. There was only one person ahead of me but it was taking a long time. Nevertheless, Liliani gave me a friendly smile and acknowledged me. Then Ghazal, the manager stepped in and cashed my check for me! This is the ONLY time I ever saw a manager step in like that!! (In other banks managers tend to act like it's above them to go to the teller window). But, wow, this was very professional! Then while Ghazal was cashing my check, Liliani apologized for the wait. Cheers to Ghazal and Liliani for GREAT SERVICE!! If I lived closer, I'd go to this bank all the time!

Had $10 worth of coins that they would not take. Then I was ask if I need it a balance. Without looking at my ID nor asked me for the password I set up and she just gave me the balance. So basically anyone could have my account info. No privacy! Huge concern for me!

Oak Tree Road staff on the phone told me they couldn't answer account questions even though cust service told me that only the branch could handle my situation. America's most convenient bank? Not getting that feeling, and this is not the first incident.

I had not physically entered this branch for a year, prior to a couple of days ago when I went in to withdraw some cash. I have never used this card online, and the card has never left my room.The same day that I went in, I noticed 24 fraudulent charges on my debit card totaling to $900. The only thing that makes sense is that the branch allowed someone to install a card skimmer on their ATM. Not only did this branch allow that to happen, but TD also was not able to catch 24 separate charges within minutes of each other, and red flag them.I have never felt so violated in my entire life, and by the local bank right down the street from my house no less! Somewhere you are supposed to trust!I will be closing my account and moving elsewhere for my banking needs, I suggest that you do too.

I requested a payment from a friend to send fund to a non-TD bank account on 6/30/2022. I gave him my email address (starting with ruoxxxxxxxxx). My friend reported there was a trouble to send by that email address. Then I did a test transfer from Chase, paying and receiving from that email address worked flawlessly. So, I asked my friend to double check email address entered and try again. My friend reported the same error again. I asked my friend which bank he is using. My friend told me it was TD Bank. As I also had a TD Bank account. So I tried to use my TD Bank account to do the transaction. Surprisely, TD Bank locked my non-TD bank account email address (starting with ruoxxxxxxxxx) in their system (not Zelle did). Then spent 30 minutes with a customer service on 6/30/2022. I was told the account's email address will be un-locked within 24 hours. Non-communication from TD Bank by 7/2/2022, so called the TD Bank again. This time, the reps told me there were some additional information requested from TD bank's "digital dept", while no one keeps working on it, nor notify me. Just because I called, then they sent another unlocking request today as of 7/2/2022. Suprisely, this time, the reps say it will take another 24-48 hours. Asked for accelerated process due to error of initial TD Bank processing, reps blankly rejected. Asked for supervisor to escalate the issue, the supervisor blankly rejected again for a priority processing. Finally, I asked them to notify me regardless of the results, the reps told me only approved notice will be sent to me, while rejected or pending with additional information request will be TD bank internal process and will never reach me. I have been with TD bank for almost 20 years. But their service from this incidence well deserves the lowest rating.As of 7/2/2022, fund from my friend is still not available to me.!

Worse. I went there in the weekdays. I was informed that the customer service representative is new so please come weekend. When I went on Sunday I was informed that I have to go online to merge account log in request. I told I already went online and I was informed to go bank to get help. Then they said oh you need to come weekdays for that. They don’t wanna work at this location. TD claims to be opens all days of the week but they need to clarify that no service offered weekends. Very disappointed.
