“People there are always nice and professional. Budget corporate in general needs to stop changing credit card policies before there was a $200 hold then it changed to $250 hold, and now it's a $200 hold plus the estimated cost of rental. Corporate needs to advertise their change in policy.”

We have typically used them for forklifts but one day, I reached out to Craig to mention that we are looking for a shrink wrap machine. He told me to let him see what he could do for us.
