“I’ve recently purchased some radiator parts needed for a komatsu lift that I have and Mario went above and beyond in search for obsolete parts. Throughout the process he was very patient and helpful making sure the parts were of great quality. Would highly recommend purchasing forklift parts here and I’d ask for Mario for help and advice!”
“I was a first time UHaul user and he gentleman at the reception was very kind to explain the process and helped me pick the right vehicle. Handing the vehicle was so smooth. Great location as well.”
“They did it all in about an hour. While there wasn't anywhere on site to wait, they recommended I wait in the dealership next door, and it was great, as I was able to have a desk and space to work while I waited.”
“The staff in Edison, especially Alex, went above and beyond to move a liftgate truck to bring it closer to our location so our high school band could move our marimbas to a competition. They (and their hikers!) saved the day. Thank you!”
“Great Customer Service! Jeff was very helpful after calling other U haul locations and being told that they don't carry car transports , Jeff offered to make a reservation at 1800GOUHAUL even though his center din't carry them either!”
