Ultimate Collision is ULTIMATELY the best choice when it comes to collision restoration. I've had work done at Ultimate Collision on a few different cars (including sports cars), over the past several years, and I have always had a positive experience, as well as suburb outcomes. Jerry, the owner, is very professional, personable, and patient. He never rushes me when initially assessing the damage to my car, and he takes the time to explain the details of the process in a way I can understand.
His staff members, especially Bridget and Orville, provided excellent customer service. They provided me with a lot of assistance with the insurance process, and they kept me updated the whole time, which really put my mind at ease. Bridget is so friendly and respectful, and Orville took the time to provide extremely helpful advice about the options that were available to me.
As far as the outcome, my car looked incredible and beautiful, looking a LOT hotter than it has ever looked over the past several years...including the interior!
I'm not exaggerating when I say a few people asked if it was a new car (it's a 2015)! People who I didn't even know made positive comments about how amazing my car looked.
**The bottom line is, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. You will not only be satisfied, but amazed and thrilled with the results and the restoration of your vehicle.
Thank you so much Ultimate Collision!!
Sincerely,
an extremely satisfied customer!

WATCH OUT.
See the damage on the vehicle we took in, we were quoted by ultimate collision 3-4K…upon tear down they asked for 14K. Their estimator and technician are wildly apart. When we declined the service we were informed fees were due such as storage. When I asked what storage was charged for, they informed “incase something happens to your car on our lot”. So if their employee messes up or if the car is damaged on their property, they make you pay for that. Which is upwards of 500 a DAY.
Our damage was on the front driver side, but our charges included rear back up cameras and even removal of the rear bumper. See all proof in photos. When I asked they first assured me the rear bumper was not removed, unaware they already sent photos of it clear as day, then assured me there was nothing related in the charges… (just the tear down cost, labor, and rear back up camera smh).
This place will make sure they get their money even if you do not use them. They wanted $7,000 in order for me to get the car back not fixed and 14K for the fixing.
They do this manipulative “charge the insurance company a wild amount, if they decline, charge the customer a lot to get their car out”…so regardless they end up winning. Ultimately due to this the insruance totaled our vehicle, forcing us to now buy a newer car and a new financial struggle for a young family. Not to mention calling this place is a nightmare they never answer.

I’ve had two different cars repaired here and they did a fantastic time both times. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. Both cars looked brand new during pick up.

After I hit a deer, my father told me to have the car towed to Ultimate Collision Repairs based on his previous positive experiences. The insurance company person who took my claim (clearly based in Florida and not NJ) initially suggested that my car be towed to a shop they worked with in Staten Island…despite being in NJ…thank goodness I didn’t do that.
Ultimate was quick to provide the initial and then supplemental estimates to my insurance company - they are very detailed, catching every issue, so if you read another review complaining about the price, you get what you pay for. Not every repair shop will have nearly one of every luxury vehicle being fixed on their lot - that takes an extraordinary amount of skill and lifelong learning.
Once it became obvious that the damage was going to mean a total loss, I had an increasingly difficult time getting in touch with anyone from the insurance company. Finally, over a month later, someone from the insurance company left a voicemail asking me to “release the charges.” I’ll admit that I didn’t understand what that phrase meant, having never gone through this before. I’m so glad that I spoke with Alejandra at Ultimate first because she gave me some background on what the insurance company was trying to do, which gave me a chance to read more online.
The insurance company continued to demand that I release the charges BEFORE receiving any documentation that my vehicle was actually a total loss and BEFORE receiving any vague notion of a settlement number. The insurance company claimed that they couldn't provide a settlement number without knowing the final charges from Ultimate, which is absurd because a valuation is the only way insurance should be able to calculate a total loss; what the insurance company owes the repair shop has no bearing on the car's value. By releasing the charges early, I would have had little room to negotiate if needed.
I am grateful that Matt and Tyler stepped in, both on the phone and via email, to defend me against the insurance company’s bullying, reassuring me that I was doing the right thing, that this wasn’t the normal procedure for any insurance company to follow. The insurance company threatened that I would have to pay for storage due to any delays (after waiting over a month for them to respond), and Ultimate reassured me that this was just a base tactic. Matt and Tyler literally told the insurance company that they don’t work for them, that they work for the car owner. On a phone conference call with the insurance adjuster standing next to him, Matt openly supported my decision to refuse to release the charges, acknowledging that it was not routine. The team at Ultimate provided me life guidance, far beyond what they needed to do, and even more than what my parents could muster. After a particularly frustrating call with insurance, I called Alejandra in desperation for help, having never gone through this intimidation scheme before, and she was so kind in forwarding me to Tyler.
Tyler provided the field connections, background information, and life tools for me to finally get the insurance company to fold, all for free and without hiring a lawyer. Within 12 business hours of contacting the right people, the insurance company folded, providing empty apologies but also a settlement number. When I signed the release form with Bridget at Ultimate, I had no regrets or worries left.
Thank you again to Ultimate, for making a hellish >month-long ordeal with insurance finally come to a satisfactory end. I have a better idea how to handle a situation like this in the future, and I also now know about insurer report cards, appraisal clauses, value disputers, etc., but most importantly, I know that if anyone needs a car repair, Ultimate Collision Repairs has the experience, the team, the honesty, the skills, the whole package.

Had sent my bmw 340i in to get all of my msport conversion parts paint matched and ultimate collision 110% delivered. Would definitely recommend anyone that has been wanting to do a paint job on their vehicle to come here.

Just wanted to say, the customer service, care and attentiveness of the staff at Ultimate Collision is unmatched! They addressed all of my concerns kindly and professionally. Special consideration to Bridget, Alejandra and Mike Lee. This trio of folks were a blessing. Hope I won’t need to use their services again, but if I ever do I know exactly who I’m going to!

I have taken two cars to Ultimate Collision that were involved in accidents over the past ten years. Everything was explained and documented. They also handled correspondence with the other insurance company. Both cars were repaired back to pristine condition. I would recommend and use Ultimate Collision again, but let's hope I don't need to!

I don’t normally do reviews but I’m very happy with Ultimate Collisions. Back in March some lady hit my car and gave me a few dents and scratches. They quoted me about 6k but i own a tesla so honestly every other place said the same thing. That being said, the price was reasonable and thankfully the lady’s insurance paid for it LOL. The process with Ultimate went very smoothly and overall was pretty easy. They did take about 3 weeks with my car, but that’s not something i really care about. Got my car back and they also cleaned it which i appreciate 😁. my car looks new and i’m just so happy to have it back. THANK YOU!!

When my car was damaged, I decided to contact this shop and they were so nice on the phone and ok'ed to look at my car same day as they had an opening. Upon arriving reception was so nice. Matt helped look at my car and was very nice and patient explaining the damage and helping me set up with insurance the payment and rental. I was set up quickly and painlessly. Sadly my car was deemed totaled but everyone was so nice and check out was a breeze. Definitely recommend the shop, especially for women with low knowledge on car repairs.
