TERRIBLE experience. I am a repeat customer and bought over 200 dollars worth of clothes. One shirt had a tear in it, that I didn’t notice until I got home and washed it. I came to exchange it, and was told that I can’t exchange it unless I have the physical copy of the receipt. I had an electronic copy in the Uniqlo app, and proof of the transaction on my credit card statement, and they still said they couldn’t. I told them to keep the shirt. It was almost thirty dollars. AVOID THIS PLACE.

My biggest issue was with the dressing room at this branch; it is very small and lacks space. Additionally, one of the employees in the dressing room was rude and impolite. It seems they have not been trained in how to behave respectfully towards customers, which was quite frustrating.

Awful changing room experience.
In the changing room the staff was helping some people with all the shopping ( I mean getting more stuff for them and suggesting n getting more designs for them as if their PA). So the rooms were not getting free so I asked her to check if some rooms on the other side were vacant, then she replied rudely to me saying I should be patient since I have only 1 to try. Later when the queue got very long she went to check and found out that they were vacant.
Things didn’t end here, when I left the room she came back telling me that I should get the hanger out. I went out furious and told everything to manager, they were however were understanding.

The girl servicing the changing rooms was very helpful and sweet with my wife. She gave her tips and was kind. The guy near the cashier register was also friendly. Great assortment of clothes at reasonable prices. Quality is always great here!

Located inside Menlo park mall, this Uniqlo seems little bit smaller in space, feels all the things are crammed in. There’s not much open space inside the store. But they do managed to have almost all latest and popular items on display, or tucked in the shelves. Fitting room line was not too long. Associates are helpful. Checkout process is easy and efficient as well.

I had a really disappointing experience at Uniqlo. I went in hoping to take advantage of their complimentary basic tailoring service, but ended up feeling completely let down. The staff was not only unhelpful but also insisted that the alterations I needed were not covered under the free service. They pressured me into paying extra for something I was led to believe was included. The lack of customer service and transparency has completely turned me off. I expected a lot better from a store with such a reputable name. Definitely won’t be recommending their services to anyone.

Absolutely love this store. Their pieces are classic, affordable, and the quality is pretty good. I’ve had their therma long sleeves for many years and still in great condition. The store is clean and organized well. The employees there are very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is now you have to use the self check out if your paying by card which I’m totally against. Other than that my experience in this store location was wonderful.

Uniqlo has the worst customer service among brands i purchased recently, especially this brand in menlo park. They did not meet my requirements at all and I was not satisfied with my purchase experience. :(

I am new to NJ. This is a mall full of diversity. As a Petronas of color, I felt very comfortable here. Nice selection of stores, too.
