Stopped at this UPS location to print a bunch of fliers for a work event, and right away the staff was very friendly and helpful. I printed almost 200 copies of several different documents and Jeffery made it a very easy and organized process for me. He was very helpful and incredibly kind!!

I came in yesterday to have packages returned for Amazon, and Ayan was extremely helpful and patient. He helped me sort out which packages could be rerouted to their location instead of the hub location as I had several packages that needed to go to two different locations. I was so appreciative of his help as he never once rushed me even with others coming in and there being a line. I was also able to get a document notarized, and the other gentleman was friendly as well. This is such a plus because not every UPS location offers this service from experience. I've been coming here for a few years and will say this has to be hands down one of the best UPS locations. Their customer service is consistently top-notch, and they are very accommodating as they have the best late afternoon hours.

I had to go to another store as they claimed they didn’t have the CAMS software for Verizon. I ended up going to Edison location and what a wonderful experience that was beyond my expectations. The folks were great along with their attitude. This is customer service. Perhaps the local store lost my business for laziness.

The staff here are amazing. I was getting late to my doctor’s appointment and I had to return some packages. The guy and the girl working today were very quick with my returns. I was able to make it on time to my hard to get appointment thanks to them two!

Shipped my package on Aug 2nd and only showed dropped off in their store, hasn’t received it yet after 10days. Called them to check if there is any chance the package is left in their store. They replied directly no without any check. Rude and irresponsible.

Went to drop rug and they said that UPS truck guys don’t like to pick up rugs from the store. Asked me to go to UPS warehouse, so weird. Why is there a store if I cannot drop items when I already paid for the shipping?
