I had an awesome experience at this UPS Store! The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout my visit. They took great care in packing my items safely, and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. I want to especially mention Khan, who was extremely polite and professional—his customer service truly stood out. I’m very much satisfied with the service I received and will definitely come back here in the future. Highly recommended!

I agree with most of the reviews! This UPS store is TOPS! It’s a pleasure to walk in and do business with courteous, friendly, knowledgeable people! I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and NEVER had a problem or issue. I even mail all my letters here! Never have to wait! Thanks Guys for GREAT service!

I recently used this UPS Store for printing and document services, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was super helpful in assisting me with formatting and printing high-quality copies for an important project. They were patient and made sure everything came out perfectly. I also appreciate how clean and organized the store is. It’s now my go-to spot for all printing and office service needs!

The manager is kind of rude . I went to to ups store at Inman avenue to return Amazon parcel today , which was sent to me by Amazon in a transparent plastic bag he denied taking it saying u pay extra money and buy a bag and pack and send . I don’t know if it’s a money making business or no but while creating a return label of Amazon they told me no box needed why is he asking me to pack it ? The manager argued with me that they never take such return in transparent plastic bags but I told him I am coming to the same Ups store since 2 years and never anyone said this except him - he replies I am The manager I have never taken such parcel , which is a lie as since 2 years this type of attitude or behaviour was never ever seen or heard by ups Edison store . Avoid going to this store the manage is rude .

Typically a good experience. However, the last couple of times, I have dealt with the same rude employee over a period of months and it is not appreciated among the customers who want to simply return and send packages.

I went to UPS store on 4/22 to mail a letter to another country. However, I didn't realize that UPS used USPS to mail my letter. It's more than 12 days and the recipient hasn't received my letter. I want UPS to mail it and not USPS. The agent received my $75 fee without explaining that he was mailing my letter using the US postal service.
