Passport acceptance facility - we had an infant to apply a passport + photo for, and pleasantly surprised to find the whole process was very smooth and friendly. Kudos to the workers at this USPS location!

This lady doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’ve been coming here for about two years next month and she always questions everything she does.She will asks the customers if they know how to do her job. It doesn’t make sense. I’m sure 10% of the community has missing packages or has been some type of discrepancy with the Mail because of her lack of following instructions or knowing what she’s doing.

I went here because it was the only one that was open till late and the two ladies just did not want to help. They talked about their supervisor, and how they couldnt do somethings when their supervisor is there.They kept on emphasizing the fact that my package is small and I should BUY a bigger one. Then told me I need to write to and from (when i know it gets printed out for international shipping) and once i bought the label to write to and from she said it will print out. 😒 I still had to pay for the blank label, but she was okay with my current package then. These women just want to get pension but not help people. You are better off by going to another usps. My package needed to be sent out today, unfortunately i came back when she said it’ll cost a crazy amount. I have sent this package more than 20 times to 7 different countries but never once had to pay that crazy amount. I am not sure why they put these kind of incompetent people there.

I went to this post office for a package tracking, and a medium built black women didn’t want to do anything & said it’s not her job, and she slam the phone and making a scene like she’s really mad & also making the customer feel like an idiot, Not a pleasant visit to this office!

Beatrice is the best. Have been trying to do an address change for two months now. USPS selects me as “family” instead of “individual” therefore is unable to verify my new address.
Been to multiple USPS offices. No help. Came to Deatrice. She was professional, kind, and actually cares!
She understood I am missing very important mail and rushed to escalate my case to management to help out. Truly appreciate her <3

Went to mail like 100 wedding invites, the two women working the counter were so lovely and helpful! Super appreciate them being so nice! Will def go back to this location again the next time I need to mail a bunch of stuff.

I am leaving 5 stars to acknowledge an incredible employee at this location, Tanaisia (sorry if misspelled). I unfortunately had a very important document that was supposed to be received in highland park go MIA, and was directed to pick it up at this location from the online system. When I came to this location on Monday I was pleasantly greeted by Tanaisia. Long story short, I had to go back to highland park's post office (which then sent me back to this location, claiming they didn't have my package). When I came back a second time, Tanaisia was still kind - she did not dismiss me like most staff would nowadays. She was concerned and invested in my dilemma. She got her supervisor involved, and proceeded to assure me that this would get resolved. I unfortunately did not receive my package still on Tues or Weds, and came back everyday with concern. Now, this package was MIA because it was never scanned/updated since the attempted delivery on Saturday - so no one knew where it went! Here's where Tanaisia went above and beyond: when I came into the office on Friday morning - she was over it. She literally drove with me (separate vehicles) to the highland park post office to truly rule out that it wasn't there. She didn't have to do that - but she did, and she deserves appreciation and credit for her concern and help. Anyways, it wasn't there either... but within a few hours, she was able to somehow narrow it down, and even called me later that day to let me know ASAP that the package was delivered in my mailbox. Thank you so much, Tanaisia, for being so compassionate during this stressful experience I had with USPS. You are really a hidden gem on this planet!
