Amazing customer service from start to finish Laura and all the other employees were attentive and welcoming, no one enjoys dealing with big phone company’s or the hassle of waiting forever to figure out what plan is best for you and your family. Had a wonderful experience at this store. I went there for getting new Verizon connection and trade in my old iphone. All questions asked were clearly explained like different plans, trade ins, price per month, insurance for new phone and offers for adding my wife and son to Verizon network as well. We really can feel when the staff do the extra mile to make the customer happy and satisfied. I appreciate Hari and staff at this store for their excellent customer service.

Upgraded to the iphone 14 pro max and switched from at&t to verizon - amazing service! manager stayed after close to help me and the process was easy to understand. amazing service and couldnt ask for better results! they helped my brother who is also in the navy get a new phone and apple watch - very friendly and patient!

Gary is the best, came in looking for an upgraded phone and walked out saving an extra $16 a month on my plan. Totally recommend this store over the other Verizon affiliate in the area!

Online customer support sent my phone here because they weren't able to finish applying promotions onto the account. Everybody at this store was extremely kind and helpful in helping sort me out and finishing my upgrade. Laura was extremely patient throughout this process and made sure all of my promotions were properly applied so the deals I had been promised by online support previously were honored. I would feel very confident coming back to this location for future verizon related concerns or upgrades.
