I had a fantastic experience enrolling in wireless phone lines at Verizon store at Inman Ave in Edison, many thanks to Ricky Khanna. Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all my options, helped me choose the best plan for my needs, and made the setup seamless. He and his team has friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their assistance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for Verizon services!

I came to this location to pick up a router only. Ricky was very personal and talked me into switching my service from t-mobile which I've had for 30+ years. I have 2 lines and we ended up adding another line. Ricky and Sonny were so patient going over the phone plans. They were both professsional and I will highly recommend this verizon location.
