I went with my fiancee to pick up glasses and the team was nice enough to provide me with an appointment for an eye exam on the spot. I didn't buy glasses as I thought they were overpriced but the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff helped me to take advantage of all the perks of my insurance. She took the time to help me pick out frames that looked good on me and also took the time to add on all the extras like anti scratch, no glare, etc at no cost since my insurance covered it.

Great customer service. And everyone was knowledgeable. Just wish the doctor was a little more sociable and friendly. Kinda melancholy demeanor . Nice guy, but has no personality along with his mannerism with the customers. Otherwise I love going to this particular location.
