I placed an online order for pickup. During the online ordering process, I pressed the button to only shop for items that were "in stock." I purchased (1) 2 bottles of Tresemme shampoo (2) 1 pack of Scott toilet paper and (3) 2 bottles of Dove conditioner. After applying coupons and Walgreens rewards cash, the order totaled $11.32 and Walgreens immediately initiated a charge on my credit card. Approximately 30 minutes later, Walgreens sent me an email to advise that "Your order is delayed." Approximately 40 minutes later, Walgreens sent me an email to advise that they made an adjustment. They canceled the 2 bottles of Tresemme shampoo because they were out of stock and they updated the order total to $3.52 (after applying coupons and Walgreens rewards cash). First, Walgreens canceled items, but failed to update the pending charge on my credit card, which was still $11.32. Second, when I placed the online order, I enabled the button for "in stock" items only, so this never should have happened. When I picked up the item from the store, the Walgreens associate handed me a bag. The outside of the bag had my name and order number on it. (The Walgreens associate was not wearing a name tag, but was an young African American woman with long, frizzy hair). However, inside the bag was a completely different order. It contained an empty gift bag with white tissue paper, ear wax removal kit, deodorants, Dove body wash, and many other items. The dollar value of this order was much greater than my own order and I could have just taken it and walked off. Instead, I honestly told the Walgreens associate that they packed the order incorrectly. Frankly, I was astonished on their complete incompetence in their packing of the order. How do you confuse toilet paper with ear wax removal kits? Not a single item that I ordered was in there! The Walgreens associate seemed confused and tried to convince me this was my order. I explained to her that it was not correct and she finally conceded to looking up my order. She then left and passed the buck to a different Walgreens associate. I was left standing for a very long time at the photo counter with no one helping me. Since no one was helping me, I proceeded to locate the items in my order myself. I immediately found the toilet paper which was right next to the front door. I am not sure why they were taking so long and still did not locate it. I then proceeded to locate the Dove shampoo. There I spoke to another Walgreens associate and advised I was trying to fill my online order. (This Walgreens associate was a shorter African American woman with her hair tied in a pony tail). She looked up my order and attempted to find the Tresemme shampoo. I advised her that Walgreens already adjusted my order to exclude the Tresemme shampoo and they sent me an email about the adjustment, with the adjusted bar code. She then advised me that the Dove conditioner was also out-of-stock. Seriously? Again, when I placed the order, I pressed the "in stock" items only. On the shelf there were 2 bottles of Dove conditioner which were the same price and fluid ounces as what I paid for in my order. The Walgreens associate then discontinued helping me and advised she was going to help another customer. Really? I waited a long time and when she never returned, I brought the 2 bottles of Dove to the first Walgreens associate. As soon as I did, the second Walgreens associate finally returned and advised that I would have to cancel the entire order and re-run it. My concern was that my original order utilized rewards and coupon which would not be returned in time to apply to an in-store order. The shorter associate was unrelenting and unapologetic for all their mistakes. Shen then threw shade at me saying, "There are no open orders.", as if I am making up this order. Ridiculous! I have the email order confirmations and charge on my credit card (which is still showing on my credit card despite not receiving a single product from Walgreens)! Wasted 40 minutes in that store fo

I never want to go to this location ever again in life. I was very sick and had a fever, my brother was visiting from out of state on his way home so he ordered me a thermometer through instacart from this location. I get the Walgreens ear thermometer and it doesn’t work, won’t even turn on. My daughter comes to pick it up to exchange it for another one after I spoke with the manager Patrice. I open the second thermometer and same thing doesn’t work, won’t turn on. I call the store back to tell them I’m sick and I need my temperature taken but can’t do it because none of their Walgreens thermometers work. I go to the store to get another thermometer, not any with the Walgreens name and I get the Braun thermometer. This thermometer comes with batteries and 21 disposable lens filters and a protective case. When I open the box it’s missing the batteries and the 21 disposable lens filters, which is needed to take my temperature. Now I’m furious because if this is what Walgreens products are like when people are sick and need their products to aide them with whatever ailment they might have this is pathetic! And Walgreens has the audacity to charge $69.99 for this thermometer when I got the same one at Walmart for $44.97 and EVERYTHING it came with was in the box. I walked up to a manager with blonde hair and told her about my experience and she could care less. People beware buying things from this Walgreens, I will never go in there again.

This is my second attempt to leave a positive review for this store itself with specifically a very professional special pharmacy tech named Kianeshia Freeman, and two store managers, Appolonia and Patrickia, who I had called back immediately to compliment Kianeshia Freeman to and about, also to find that both of the managers on this evening January 12th 2024, we're also both very professional and accommodating in telling me where I can leave positive reviews if I wanted to, or go further than just the store as well as higher up in Walgreens to corporate if I so desired. I will be doing several additional positive reviews when I pick the meds up as I need a receipt # to complimentthis incident to corporate. These crucial medications for emotional stability and daily focusing and functioning, were in question all day today and into the late night, because we could not reach all day and night by office or by emergency number, our Dr., regarding refills that we were out of before the weekend even began and they were medications that involved our psychiatric performance and daily living. Somehow they must have reached him from Walgreens and explained the severity of the scenario we were facing that he must not have been reading or receiving messages from my husband left on voicemails and texts to both office and emergency numbers.Because after the 20 minutes that Kianeshia spent on the phone with me truly truly concerned with my health and my husband's then after speaking to the two store managers Appollonia and Patrickia, husband received a one word text back from the doctor after 9 hours trying to reach ANYONE at his office, on my husband's phone and that was the word "DONE".Thank you Walgreens especially Kianeshia with mgrs Appolonia and Patrickia backing her up, if all continues to go well we will have our medication first thing in the ? morning fingers crossed probably thanks to you guys at Walgreens.

I'm sorry, but this specific location has some of the unkindest employees I've spoken to. An I wish they would just be kind.

Worst store ever, went to fill my prescription and the pharmacist did the math incorrectly. Gave me less tablets and I had to stand there and count and help her understand the prescription. They would never ever answer phone calls. I switched my pharmacy to CVS across the street. They have been so much better with a lot more staff.

This Pharmacy has become a joke since COVID. They are unbelievably slow and can't seem to handle anything or process anything with any semblance of speed. Today, I had to wait over 30 minutes to be able to pickup a pre-packaged prescription. If I didn' absolutely need the prescription I would have left after the first 15 minutes. Word of advice, choose another pharmacy unless you just have copious amounts of time to waste.
