Worst customer service. I’ve done the propane exchange a couple times here before but today customer service told me they don’t have that here. I then told them I’ve done it here before, then the guy customer service told me to go to the garden and there was nobody there. They are lying to their customers.

I had the worst experience of my life at Walmart.
Last Thursday, I bought a 40x20 folding table. I specifically needed this table. However, the table was covered in scratches and looked like it had already been used. I didn’t mind because I really needed this exact table.
When I tried to use it, I realized it was defective and couldn’t be locked in place like all other tables.
When I went to customer service to request a refund, they refused, claiming that they don’t sell tables in such a condition. I explained that they could check my purchase history and even verify with the employee who helped me find the barcode, as the table didn’t have one. But they didn’t care.
I asked to speak to a manager. A woman named Tiffany came, but she wasn’t willing to listen at all. Even when I suggested she come with me to the section where I bought the table to see that they are indeed selling similar damaged tables, she refused and still wouldn’t give me a refund.
So, I went to the table section myself and recorded a video.
Judge for yourselves.
