I never like to rate someone zero but it's my 2nd time in this bank and coincidentally both time in drive thru submitting check. Usually I do it in Carteret nj but i moved in edison now if i submit in Carteret wells fargo i get same day all money but both times here same old white hair lady I even requested last time if I can get all in my account same day because both my and check issuer account is in Wells Fargo and he pay me every week meaning I submit check of same account every week . But she told me I can't get it same day. And it was 27th December and till 3rd of January it is still not available. Why only with that lady I have to face same problem. I will print all of my past transactions copies and these two also I am going to send it to their headquarters and may be some news reporter because of that lady racial behavior. It was festive season and me and my family needed that money but still didn't put it to clearance same time which I usually get same time in other wells fargo banks

This bank surely have some overly unprofessional and rude officer sitting in Cubical and in Cabin. worst customer service seen ever. If I could give zero stars I would. I think they just like to treat their customers like S. The bank need to stop hiring INSANE people and get rid of those already hired.I am lodging a formal complaint with Corporate and I will request a face-to-face meeting with both the manager and the rude officer.

Worst branch Extremely rude and unhelpful Called in the morning for change told me to come right in even gave me the amounts Drove 30 minutes for them to act like they had no clue what I was talking about Main manager Teresa I believe pretty much said don’t know what to tell you can’t help you I said it is a huge account with a major chain store and she replied then take the business somewhere else

This branch is excellent.. Drive through and counter staff are very efficient, fast and friendly. The branch manager Mr. Raman Mahra is very helpful.. He personally attend the costumers most of the time from main entrance door.. Due to the branch behavior I am very impressed and i definitely recommend Wells Fargo Bank

This is very old story, when this was a Wachovia next to shoprite, I lived in Oak tree road and went to this Wachovia branch around 2001 or 2002 to open a bank account. The bank Manager was Indian and he asked me why I still have my maiden name!! which was so rude and sexist and of course none of his business. And kept pushing it, for that my husband said what does it matter in this modern times. Frankly, I was very young so did not know what to say, but that was so sexiest. First many south Indian women don't change their name after marriage, second we are not that serious about last names, since we just only take the initial of our father.15 years later, I do actually have a wellsfargo account and happy with it. I was just googling what happened to Wachovia and realized it was merged with Wellsfargo.

Don't bother wasting you time here. I just called to se if I can exchange my international money there. She wait ok let me check. Putting me on hold. Then comes back and say yes we do wire transfers. I said I'm not doing wire transfers I have money I want to be in US money. She said oh you didn't say that and constantly talking over me. Even when I'm explaining and yes or no. Just that to argue with customers. Very horrible service

The ATM ate up my deposit and didn't credit it to my account , and didn't give me a receipt! Have u ever heard of a bank cash deposit disappearing ? Unfortunately , inspite of making efforts, the management was unable to have MY funds available for me- they said wait a few days and it will be available. A very bad experience - Is it faulty machines that need to be repaired and the management does not post a "do not use sign" . Even with excellent customer service( which the management always provides), if my money is not safe - what's the use of going to this bank?

Absolutely horrible customer service. Definitely felt a little discriminated. All of the tellers are Indian, and the teller refused to cash a check that was a wells Fargo check , and When asked to speak with a supervisor she then told me that she was the supervisor and With the same graph said that the supervisor was an on the floor right now...
