“I came into the shop at the recommendation of my high school automotives teacher and let me just say I was very pleased with experience. I’m a newly licensed driver that just purchased my first vehicle and I was admittedly anxious bringing my car in but the customer service was top notch and I was immediately put at ease. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. I had a state inspection done and the cost was reasonable and they also let me know that I would need a new tire pressure sensor which I could get installed when I get a new set of tires. I will definitely bring my car back here when I need tires or service. Highly recommend!”

“A little hard to locate once your GPS says you're there. It's a little in the back. But the employees work so hard and they are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Brush up on your Espanol or Spanglish works. LOL! Several of the workers speak English so no problema. I strongly encourage purchasing used tires here and they accept walk ins with incredibly fast service.”

He helped me tremendously with a used car that I had bought from a dealership - not the best situation (but with John's help at WR wheel and tire, we were able to correct it all). L He got back to me very quickly, got my car in quickly and resolved the issue for me as quick.as possible. The staff there truly went above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this place. I will be taking my car here for any repairs moving forward. Even though a bit far from where I live, it's worth the drive because they are so nice and helpful and great at what they do.
John even followed up with me after I got the car back to make sure everything was working ok. It's these small things that for me differentiates this place from other garages/mechanics.

“Been coming to these guys for 6 or
7 years. Never had an issue until recently.
Last two times though I felt they were off. First thing was that they told my wife they couldn’t reset the oil life gauge because “it was too early to reset”. A quick google/youtube video and I had it reset in 10 seconds.
Second issue is that I wanted to get my brakes done. Stopped by twice and called a few times. Every time They said they’d call me back with a quote and didn’t. I tried giving them business for 3 months straight before I went to someone else.
I guess turning down business is a good problem to have. Maybe when they have more workers or less work I’ll come back”
