not the same since MARINA LEFT- i called today asking to exchange something - i just purchased ONLINE,- (LARGE ORDER) I removed the tage, I usually dont exchange, I have been shopping this store since it was THE WHITE HOUSE (lol) and suzanne told me we don't exchange with tag off *side note* i have the tag still _ I did not realize this runs little big and wanted to exchange for smaller size... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE ON PHONE.. WONT BE GOING BACK...................................and fyi- called customer service they said no problem return it!

WHBM is one of my favorite places to shop. I'm also an WHBM Insider. The workers at the Menlo Park Mall store always exasperate me. One employee started a fitting room for me and seemed engaging. I thought, Wow! I'm going to have a good experience today. She then handed me off to someone who must have been in the back stock room because she wasnt visible on the floor. She must've been new, I had to leave the fitting room to call her for help. I'm not sure if she forgot about me. Ok. Check out time. I had a certificate for $25 off my purchase on my phone. Immediately, the cashier stated, its expired. By the way it expires on 2/2019. The older women, who was to busy to help me....who wasn't doing anything....hmmmm... came to look at it as if I was ripping them off. (Unbelievable). When I told them that I was a WHBM Insider...I think they thought that mb want a secret shopper. The mood became less tense. The cashier didnt know what that meant, so I explained it. I couldn't wait to make my purchases and leave. I went home and brought my the other main item online. It's easier. I'm also a Silver Rewards member and I get free shipping without uncomfortable environment/feeling from workers.

I had a very good experience at this location. I asked a woman at the Bridgewater location to call over to this location and put an item on hold for me as Bridgewater did not have my size. As I entered the store the sales associate greeted me and was able to pull the held item quickly. She checked up on me in the fitting room and was able to get me a more appropriate size. I was so happy to buy the item and the sales associate was helpful throughout the process. She also put my item In a garment bag(when I prompted it) and they have really nice reusable garment bags! Thank you so much !

We had such a wonderful experience. The staff were lovely. We spent 3 hours shopping and walked away with so many options. Thanks for making it a wonderful day. Can't wait to go back.

Awful, and can not be worse!! It's my first time ever to complain a store person, WHBM at Menlo Park location. The store is good but service turned out to be awful when you adjust price or return! I bought a full-price $200 dress and went to the store for price adjustment within a week because I got a 50% coupon online, which applies to my dress. Apparently, I should get $100 back, but somehow instead of returning me $100 back, i was charged a $100 more due to their mistake! I found this mistake another week later and went back again. I decided to just return the dress and get all my $300 back...1. They did not say single word to apologize 2. The bad sales lady with redish hair, intentionally pulled a poker face to me. What upset me most is her cold, bad attitude and making up the facts to humiliate me. When she was calling customer service and telling her colleagues about what happened, she kept saying over and over that " she bought a dress and wear for a party and want to return", apparently she is humiliating me a lot! I told her I did not wear and please stop saying that, the reason I am returning is because of the mistaken charge of $300. 3. When I am getting so upset and asking her loud to stop humiliating me in that way, she threatened me that she would call for security to get me out of store .she did so! 4. This embarrassed and hurt me so much, and I felt helpless regarding her rude attitude. 5. She took away all my receipts. When I asked for them, she was not there and other sales person told me they probably have threw it away in trash can.. how could they do this!! i recorded it! Will never go back to that store any more, although I got my $200 back, and not sure if they really returned me the rest $100.

Can't stand when I have to return something at the Menlo location. Love the WHBM in short hills and bridgewater. I shop here all the time, so yes once in awhile I will return something, never felt so bad for returning something , especially wnen it was untouched!

The Store itself is the best but the Menlo park location store is the worst and I hate shopping at this location. WHBM is my fav store and my wardrobe is mostly outfits from here but I hate going to this location as the store people are very rude and less attentive especially when they know you are an online shopper. Time to look into this location people. None of my friends like this location folks- this should be shut down or the management here should change?!
