“After a previous disappointing experience in this store, I was hesitant to go back, but I'm glad I did because I met an outstanding associate, Gabryella, who brightened my day. I was looking to try on a dress I saw online that was supposed to be in the store, but it turned out the store didn't have it. Gabryella found similar dresses and suggested I try them on to determine my size. I was pleasantly surprised that I actually needed an XS rather than a S or M. Thanks to Gabryella, I ordered two dresses instead of one and had a wonderful experience. She is kind, helpful, patient and does her job with a smile! She is truly a gem and deserves to be promoted.”

“Anna is the definition of customer service! She helped me find a jersey that I needed and went out of her way to see if a different Urban Outfitters had it in their store. I ended up driving to the other Urban and picking up the jersey which probably would have been sold out there unless Anna hadn’t called them to keep on hold for me. They have very good discounted prices at backstage downstairs and few last act spots particularly women’s clothing

“I almost never write reviews, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Shopping at the White House Black Market in Menlo Park Mall was truly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was absolutely amazing, so kind, so helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I found pieces I loved.
They didn’t just hover or give generic compliments. They listened, gave honest opinions, and made thoughtful suggestions that actually suited my style. It honestly felt like shopping with friends who wanted me to look and feel my best. The whole experience was relaxed, fun, and so refreshing.
If you’re thinking about stopping by, do it. This team deserves all the recognition, they turned a simple shopping trip into something special.”

“Love the clothes and designs here, a wide variety of unique pieces picked from designer shows (I asked where they got some of their stock from and was surprised to hear trade shows) the items are pretty cheap though, in price and sewing wuality, but they occasionally have really nice fabrics in their dressesTheir return/exchange policy is not good so you shouldn’t buy anything unless you know you want it. I’ve never had anything break from this store (I’ve bought 8-10 things?) except for a jacket where the pocket zipper handle broke off Highly recommend trying things on and thinking through your purchase before making it- if you’re someone who has buyer regret often and returns a lot, this store is a SKIP!”

“Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Cant believe I never went inside this shop. I really liked it this time. Lots and lots of men’s showrooms but H&M is really affordable. Price was really good . Got some tshirts for 9.99. And the quality was good.
Service was ok. Could be better .. billing can be a bit quick . Got some tshirts and shorts for my kid and itt for him well. Spent a decent amount for clothing . Liked it overall. ??”
