ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
I have a full kitchen appliances delivery scheduled last week. I was suppose to have a LICENSED INSTALLER come and install my new stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher from samsung. The window of deliver was 10am- 2pm. They arrived exactly at 2pm. The installer couldnt install ANY appliance and didnt care to. My service also has haul away old appliances that i paid extra to samsung. The installer told me the issues needed to be resolved and told me to reschedule. I was confused with the issues as i had a recent kitchen remodel 2 years ago. He was frustrated, left my house and proceeded to YELL in-front of my house to his partner. He was sooooo unprofessional. Perhaps i should post the video of him throwing a tantrum in front of my house.
He then hauled away my New appliances and told me to deal with a 908 number for reschedule.
I SPENT THE REST OF THE DAY on the phone with RXO customer service and samsung. The delivery driver marked my delivery as DELIVERED.
RXO seems to outsource their calls to another country. Their representatives were dismissive and a few of them kept hanging up the phone on me. NO ONE wanted to resolve my redelivery.
One representative literally said too bad . Another one told me that i'm lying and my appliances are at my house.
These phone calls are allegedly recorded. Is this the quality and control that RXO holds on to their reps?
I was told that my delivery will be scheduled for the 19th. Again, I have no email reconfirming my delivery.
I called again today . This time they say that it's just installation.
WHERE THE HELL ARE MY APPLIANCES?
I called again and was put on hold for another hour just to be hung up on .
I've never dealt with the company with this much lack of care for customer service.
I'm gonna have to report them to the BBB and sue RXO for holding my appliances and none of their employees wanna work to resolve my issues.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG DIRECTLY. Go to best buy or home depot. Any other company who does not use RXO!
Also, the guy took down my microwave and never even put it back up, so I can't even use my microwave for the past week.
This seems to be a trending theme for the Edison, NJ location. Check their google reviews. Samsung, pick a new deliver courier. RXO is not it
Their reps keep hanging up the phone. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY.

Dealing with this company is exhausting. They are painfully incompetent and have no idea what they’re doing.
Their service and customer service is unacceptable and I cannot understand how they are still in business.

If there is a way to give negative stars I will give. This is a horrible company run by mostly lazy people who will make excuses for NOT delivering. Samsung uses these. I am going to cancel the order. Worst company.

I’ve never had such a bad experience with a delivery company until today. This is the second time they had tried to deliver my Samsung refrigerator (our fridge had been damaged and unboxed the first time.) The guy was reluctant to bring the fridge inside because our front door measurements would cause the fridge to damage our door and wall (meanwhile his co-worker had already began to remove our old fridge to install the new one.) AFTER I was told about the issue, I proposed that the fridge be brought inside through the back door, which met the measurement requirements to bring the fridge inside. I noticed my fridge was the only unboxed fridge out of all the others and I asked why. His response was “it’s samsung.” Called Samsung later out of curiosity and to nobody’s surprise, I was told that their fridges are always boxed. Now this was I thought was obscene; the guy told me that the lift gate does not work (to be honest if it doesn’t work you’re better off not delivering my fridge in a defective truck.) I didn’t care too much however, until i realized how he planned to take the fridge out. He tried SLIDE my fridge off to the ground from 4 feet high BY HIMSELF when he had a coworker that could’ve helped him (even I could’ve too,) damaging my fridge right in front of me. I’m completely convinced that these people are crooks, they will damage your fridge knowing that they get to keep it for a fraction of the price I paid only to sell it to somebody else for a higher price. Not surprised that 903 complaints were filed within the past 3 years according to the Better Business Bureau.

I recently had a washer and dryer delivered and assembled by Wilme and Miguel and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They handled the heavy lifting with ease and took great care to avoid any damage to my home.
Wilme and Miguel worked seamlessly together, assembling the units quickly and making sure everything was set up perfectly. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Wilme and Miguel. They made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. I highly recommend them for any delivery and assembly needs!

Everything was great, on time curious, polite. Very happy with delivery! The bike fit in the spot I needed does not take up a lot of room. The bike is brand new and I can't wait to use it!

had a few things delivered within the last two weeks. Very happy with Service and delivery of items. RX. O has a great communication process as I received an email, text, phone call the day before delivery carving out the specific block of time that the items would be delivered. The day of delivery the drivers called 30 minutes prior to delivery with the expected time of arrival. drivers were friendly, careful with moving the items and very helpful .

The delivery was provided by a very professional knowledgeable and courteous team. The bike was set up. They made sure we had an Internet connection. They took the time to explain all the features for us to enjoy.

Jeremy and Mike delivered my Peloton and they did an amazing job! They were courteous and professional and they were super informative with the different bike features and even mentioned accessories that we may like.
