AVOID THIS LOCATION AND ALL ZARA LOCATIONS AT ALL COSTS! I was in town visiting and happened to stop by during their crazy sale. In the chaos I purchased a few items and stupidly did not check my receipt. Upon returning home, I realized they charged me for MORE ITEMS THAN I BOUGHT. I had a whole transaction on top of my transaction - most likely the employees incorrectly cleared the previous transaction or are stealing. I live out of state and cannot return to the store easily. I have spent months with zara on the phone to resolve this, they gave me the run around and finally, stupidly told me the items are missing from the store. Of course it is, some one else took it, no camera records were pulled as I have asked repeatedly to prove my point. This is fraud to the highest degree. Shame on you. The biggest regret is that I stepped in store to buy anything, which I rarely do. For those reading, I understand how convoluted and crazy this sounds, keep your receipts check your receipts and never ever shop at zara, fast fashion is never worth it.

They have 2 checkout lines. One for purchase and one for returns… it is super confusing… I stood for 5 mins in one line to find out I am on the wrong line. And then to the back of the other line.. the cashier did not show any courtesy or call me to the front..

As much as I love shopping at Zara, I equally hate the lines. There has to be a better way. It should not take longer to get checked out than it does to pick out 4 outfits and try them on for your upcoming vacation. With the wealth of this company and its family, maybe take a page from your neighbors at Uniqlo and get on board with there self checkout and basically no lines!!!

I wish there was an option for 0 star. Store was a mess. Every other store in the entire menlo park mall is much more organized than this trash store. Zara has always been my favorite place to shop from but I’m never coming back to this zara. The staff was extremely rude and useless. They did not even help with anything and were strolling and joking around as if they were out for a picnic. I wouldn’t recommend any one to go shop from zara menlo park

The manager at Menlo Park mall was very rude. she unlocked the door, so I went in to the store to pick up my order at 10:00am. She saw me and said “ I told you we not open yet” and then she looked at her staffs and realized its already 10am, which is their opening hour . Then she shake her head. What’s that suppose to mean?

I want to talk about how rude the staff at the fitting room is - they are having a picnic of sorts while they keep the fitting rooms closed and make jokes on the customers! For what?! Why would I want to go to the store if I don’t get to use the fitting room? Definitely not recommended and I wouldn’t mind if the staff is given some training on etiquettes!

If I can give 0 I would. The customer service here is absolutely disgusting. The manager Sara was so rude. I will never understand how people work in customer service and dont exceed customer’s expectations. Every time i visit this location, the fitting room is always closed and the store is a disaster. The care they have for their customers is really low. I called customer service about the matter and they said they will contact me in 24-48 hours. Lets see if that happens. DO BETTER ZARA!

Between fitting rooms that close an hour and a half before closing, lines that reach the doors literally every day and rude associates, I don't know what else can be said about this store. Today put the icing on the cake. After standing in line for 20 minutes to pay for an item that took 5 minutes to retrieve, I thought I might implore a manager to add cashiers to get the line moving. This woman who would not give her name but said she was a manager says to me 'we are short staffed' I made a comment that this has been the excuse for the last 2 yrs. This woman proceeds to click her finger nails at me and say (her words) 'You want me to magically find someone?'. I actually did expect her to do just that. They have no regard for their customer's time but they sure do love the money..., and in reviewing the preceding posts, customers are preaching to the choir. Management does not care. I plan on calling the corporate office to see their attitude..., stay tuned.

Horrible waited in line for over 20 minutes while staff worked extremely slow and seemed to be unbothered about the line getting longer and longer. Cash register employees need to be way more efficient and friendlier. Never will return.

This store is extremely unprofessional!!! All the dressing rooms are closed! For a store to charge this much for clothes why would’ve all the dressing rooms be closed? No one wants to purchase clothes go all the way home just for the clothes not to fit. The staff was extremely rude. NEVER again will I ever come this this Edison NJ location.

Like the collection and the store layout.Well displayed!Only issue is that there’s always a big queue for register/checkout.Would be really nice to have more checkout registers or speedy checkout facilities

(1) Let's start with the website, which no one over forty can read because the text descriptions are not only tiny but also in pale gray. Obviously, the website was designed by teenaged kids. (2) The telephone customer service is terrible. These reps are too busy reading from a script to listen to anything you have to say. (3) The store's return and exchange policies seem to change every few months. The results is that making returns or exchanges becomes more and more of a hassle.

I’ve been there many times but was very shocked and disappointed to realize that one of the female employees did not pack all of my purchased items.It was a busy day however, she packed “all” of my pieces behind the counter (I could not see what was going in) and it took quite literally 20 minutes while the other 3 employees had gone through at least 2 customers each. I was visiting family out of town and didn’t get a chance to look at all my pieces until I came back home to realize I was missing two items. Although I was charged for EVERY item, I was missing two. I did find it weird that my clothes were not being put in a bag in-front of me, on register counter like everyone else was doing. I work in customer service as well and don’t want to tell someone how to do their job. She looked like she had to be in high school but that is no reason to steal from paying customers. Just a PSA to make sure the employee are packing your items in your eye view!!! I am in no way rich and I work hard for my money, I’ve never had to write a review ever.
