“Walter has been my body repair mechanic for years. My car was recently rear ended resulting in extensive body damage. Not only did he handle the insurance company but made sure I was given quality certified parts and not secondhand parts. There was also an issue with my battery and Walter is the kind of mechanic who truly cares about the safety of his clients. He let me borrow his spare battery jumper until I was able to come back in for that issue. I will always return to Red Rose for that kind of service.”

“Two young gentlemen helped me out . Very polite and knowledgeable over heard them talk about when a call comes in and they have a customer at the register. They said if they are checking someone out and the phone rings, they have to answer the call and take care of them before finishing with the customer in the store. If that ever happens to me I would walk out and never come back. That person that calls should know, customers in the store need to be helped first. And the employees will get to them asap”
