Could not ask for a better experience. I am always in autozone and get great service but today it stood out. I've been trying to fix an issue with my vehicle that has no code and I'm going down the list of purchasing parts until it's it. Here comes luke I talk to him for 3 minutes. He knows the issue. Explains that I was looking at the wrong part. Showed me the correct part and explained it's functions. Saved me a lot of headache and time. Couldn't ask for a better employee for your already great team!

My battery died and needed help with my alternator and Luke fixed it and helped with no trouble or issues. Five starts for this guy

Had an issue when our pipe under car fell off while driving. Lucky for us Luke to the rescue!! He had a great idea and we were able to purchase some metal braces and that super wonderful employee, out of the kindness of his heart, got the pipe up and we were back on the road! He saved the day! Thank you Luke

I went in a few weeks ago for break lights Dylan took the time to come out & make sure I got the right bulbs he also took time out to help me switch them out & it was great customer service he did more then he had to. GIVE DAT GUY A RAISE👹

Highly highly recommend this location. Dylan helped me out big time! He went out of his way to help install new headlight bulbs which obviously isn’t part of his job description. I tried to tip him and he refused to accept it. He told me that it’s his pleasure to help anyone who needs it. Absolutely incredible experience and no matter what I need, I’ll definitely go back to get Dylan’s assistance

They gave me the wrong part at first simple mistake it was one number off, but the employee who made the mistake went complete above and beyond to make sure I got the right part bc at this point my truck wasn’t able to drive he took his personal car and Brought me the part. Amazing costumer service and absolutely great employee for fixing the mistake!!!

Order was supposed to be in after 3 o'clock at 6 o'clock. I tried to cancel it without my receipt and put back on my card. They stated not without a receipt. That has to be the stupidest policy ever. It's going back on the original card they had on file. Don't order parts they won't come in when they say.

This place is full of ish… I ordered a part was called the night before around 8/9 to tell me my part was there. Got another call the next day 1pm to tell my part is there I said okay I will pay for the part when my mechanic comes. Well my mechanic didn’t come til 8pm that night and they sold my part to someone else like are you kidding me. Nope I’m just over it

Store Manager replaced defective battery and did all tests and installed new battery
