John is a very disrespectful man, he doesn’t treat people with value no respect. i came in as a customer & was interested in working with the team. as we were having conversation he started talking to someone else. I didn’t hear (no excuse) (be right )or sorry for the (interruption) Very disgraceful person don’t even go to his shop for service nor try to join his team.

My daughter had an accident back in 2022 with her 2019 Kia Sportage. We tried several different auto body places, and no one would take on our service because of the back log with getting parts for vehciles. Even when I offered to wait, they said they couldn't do the work, they were too back logged. When I called John, he also advised he was back logged, but when I told him how I couldn't get anyone to do the work and didn't know what I was going to do, he agreed to take on our service. He told me upfront the repairs would take double his normal timeframe, maybe longer, but if I was OK with that, he would handle our repairs. I agreed and he started the work in March 2022. There was significant damage to the passenger side door, front bumber and driver side headlight and all the airbags had diploid. There was also a crack in the radiator and some rear passenger damage, so it was a pretty big job. John and I kept in contact as the work was being completed. I could tell how much experience John had by each conversation we had concerning the parts and issues he came across as the repairs were being done. When the car repairs were completed in October 2022 and we went to pick up the car, it looked exactly like it did when we bought it. They did a great job and even when I reached out to them over a year later for some minor issues, they immediately addressed them. Again, the only issue we had was the wait, but that was not in John's control and considering how bad it was with getting auto parts at that time, he did his best to get them in a timely manner and made sure the parts were all brand new and certified. I would highly recommend Cornells to anyone who needs auto repairs.

Stay away.. Warning! This shop is horrible! We sued them for over 20,000.00 and won! It took us 2 years with all the postponed appearances, excuses, deaths, and stalling!You’ve been warned! RUN AWAY from this company!

I had a freak accident in March. My windshield was destroyed, as was my driver side window and mirror. I was pretty upset and they were recommended to me by my auto mechanic. From the minute I walked in the the father and daughter team who run the business took complete control. I immediately knew I was in the right place. They took care of everything.. I was very happy a week later with the finished product. Good people. I highly recommend them.Services: Body & Trim

Honestly i have no idea where these positive reviews came from. They never answered the phone or called back after a message was left. Car was there for 2 1/2 months and I had to send it back 2x because it wasn't done correctly. It's still not done correctly and no contact from them. Car was in another accident in the front, prior was in the rear and I asked this body shop to look at the rear end work. Well wouldn't you know parts and labor that my insurance company paid for were never done. Gosh only knows what my options are now. STAY AWAY.
