They use false advertising . Saying that they will deliver your items in 5 to 7 days at a time that is best for you. I was told by Victor that I will have a seven hour window for when they will deliver my items and the delivery day would happen when they have a day in their schedule .on top of that they guaranteed me one day and then changed their mind and gave me another day. Victor was very unprofessional. Jay The store manager would not get on the phone but when he wanted me to buy from them his store, he called me multiple times for me to buy from them. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Very unprofessional

This location's service is terrible. My mother leased a set of couches, and she lost her job and could not afford to continue the payments. She called and asked them to come pick up the couches at my home where she left them. They won't pick them up! They harass my mother with calls constantly about making payments when she already told them she is not working.
Not only that she gave them my number and they said they called me numerous times which is lie I never saw any missed calls or have seen any voicemails. All they do is continue to harass my mother. I got involved and called them to provide my address, work cell, and personal cell phone numbers.
Every time I call, I get some lame excuse that is different every time. Telling me some story of being short staff, then another time his guys called out, or not having any staff. Another excuse was all my information was not saved in the computer so they did not have my address or number and he was hoping that I called back so he can get my information again. The kicker! during that call I never mentioned my info again, but he stated all my info to confirm it was correct in the computer!!
It has been almost 2 months! If I had a big enough truck, I would just leave the couches in their parking lot I refuse to pay for a truck when they can just get the couches. COME PICK UP THESE COUCHES PLEASE. My mother cannot pay for them she is not working, and I will not pay for them because I do not want them.

If I could give -10 stars I would. With this Aaron's in particular, it doesn't matter if you pay early EVERY MONTH. They will harass you and call back to back. Like mentioned I have paid my payments every month one to two days earlier than my payment arrangement and yet they still call and they still try to have the EZPay try to take money from my account. I have called them every month to address the issue and every single time I receive the same response " you are one of the best customers we have and we will make sure that you no longer receive calls from us." This statement has also come from the store manager Precious. Please note AGAIN, that I HAVE NEVER, EVER, EVER had a late payment with them. The account manager Trey* said that he does not check to see if the bill has been paid prior to calling. He also said that his problem is that he has to make a certain amount of calls or else he gets penalized. When I went on to explain that he should not be calling customers that pay their payment on time he proceeded to tell me that there was absolutely nothing he can do which I know is false. I know this because I've rented with an Aaron's in a different state and have never received calls when paying early. He also tried to get me to pay again! When I went onto explain that his quota issue was not my problem, I would not be paying because I already paid early and that i would be calling corporate, he hung up on me instead of trying to make it right which was a very big mistake on his part. So again, it doesn't matter if you're late, pay on time or even pay early, this specific Aaron's will harass you regardless and they will not try to take any accountability for their wrong doings. I could go on with other issues that I've dealt with, with them since the beginning of our agreement, however, we'd be here for a long time. -10/10 do NOT RECOMMEND. RUN as far away from the Aaron's on Blackhorse Pike in Egg Harbor.

The worst place ever!These people have no compassion. I already explained to them my situation and was told so many different stories by (jay) or Jason. They have a discussion with you and then pretend to forget. Tray is another employee who harasses me constantly from his personal number. Calling me back to back. These people are disturbing and unprofessional. Don’t rent here if you can help it!

Customer service is horrible at this location, besides Chris in the business department he’s a huge help. I never had these issues when they were located in the Rio grande area. After paying off multiple items from them I was told by a manager to borrow money from a friend to pay my current bill or they were coming to get my stuff after already explaining that it would be paid on a certain day. It’s borderline harassment. Unprofessional and very rude. Getting one star from me.

My cousin also bought a pc from Aaron’s. They’ve sent her multiple parts saying that it would fix the pc and make it work better but they lied and manipulated her into spending about $1000. Don’t waste your time. It is laggy, it freezes, and shuts down out of nowhere. The service is horrible and if you think about buying you kids Pcs for Christmas or their birthdays get them a gaming laptop or a PC from a reliable store or website such as NZXT and not a sketchy store like Aaron’s. Save yourself thank you! (My cousin had thought about sueing but she might not with the help of my friend and I)
