If I could give -10 stars I would. With this Aaron's in particular, it doesn't matter if you pay early EVERY MONTH. They will harass you and call back to back. Like mentioned I have paid my payments every month one to two days earlier than my payment arrangement and yet they still call and they still try to have the EZPay try to take money from my account. I have called them every month to address the issue and every single time I receive the same response " you are one of the best customers we have and we will make sure that you no longer receive calls from us." This statement has also come from the store manager Precious. Please note AGAIN, that I HAVE NEVER, EVER, EVER had a late payment with them. The account manager Trey* said that he does not check to see if the bill has been paid prior to calling. He also said that his problem is that he has to make a certain amount of calls or else he gets penalized. When I went on to explain that he should not be calling customers that pay their payment on time he proceeded to tell me that there was absolutely nothing he can do which I know is false. I know this because I've rented with an Aaron's in a different state and have never received calls when paying early. He also tried to get me to pay again! When I went onto explain that his quota issue was not my problem, I would not be paying because I already paid early and that i would be calling corporate, he hung up on me instead of trying to make it right which was a very big mistake on his part. So again, it doesn't matter if you're late, pay on time or even pay early, this specific Aaron's will harass you regardless and they will not try to take any accountability for their wrong doings. I could go on with other issues that I've dealt with, with them since the beginning of our agreement, however, we'd be here for a long time. -10/10 do NOT RECOMMEND. RUN as far away from the Aaron's on Blackhorse Pike in Egg Harbor.

The worst place ever!These people have no compassion. I already explained to them my situation and was told so many different stories by (jay) or Jason. They have a discussion with you and then pretend to forget. Tray is another employee who harasses me constantly from his personal number. Calling me back to back. These people are disturbing and unprofessional. Don’t rent here if you can help it!

Victor, thank you for making this Christmas a dream come true for my family this year. He has the absolute best customer service hands down. Store kept very well managed and clean. The support Victor gave with making my purchase took all the stress I had away. 100% recommend going in and asking for Victor. Also, Trey he first assisted me with the entire process and let me tell you customer service and patience hands down was the best with this team at Aaron’s. THANK YOU DEARLY !

Customer service is horrible at this location, besides Chris in the business department he’s a huge help. I never had these issues when they were located in the Rio grande area. After paying off multiple items from them I was told by a manager to borrow money from a friend to pay my current bill or they were coming to get my stuff after already explaining that it would be paid on a certain day. It’s borderline harassment. Unprofessional and very rude. Getting one star from me.

Been dealing with these people for past 4 years. I have never actually been to the store, as I dealt with them over the phone. Seems like nice and helpful people.

My cousin also bought a pc from Aaron’s. They’ve sent her multiple parts saying that it would fix the pc and make it work better but they lied and manipulated her into spending about $1000. Don’t waste your time. It is laggy, it freezes, and shuts down out of nowhere. The service is horrible and if you think about buying you kids Pcs for Christmas or their birthdays get them a gaming laptop or a PC from a reliable store or website such as NZXT and not a sketchy store like Aaron’s. Save yourself thank you! (My cousin had thought about sueing but she might not with the help of my friend and I)

False deals and adds I have whent online and ordered a 10"pillow top firm matress w/platform and bed protectors and when they called 2 weeks later told me they eas delivering my bed they have told me they was only going to deliver a bed I have proof I took a screen recordemos video of my purchased they kept telling me I was wrong and refused to give me my money back worst place ever but they are about to hear more fomentar me becouse thise is not going to stay like thise I HAVE PROOF

Me and my husband been dealing with Aarons since 2007 ive never been later with a payment just going through a bad time i call to see if can skip a month so they call me and i talk to someone name Precious so she knew what it was to go through hardship but that didnt work they call me back i told them i didnt have it i have heart problem and didnt need to get upset because i was late on a payment so they kept begging me to bring in half still dont have it so iam very upset with this company

Worst place to deal with, took my money, the place lies about making a delivery called spoke to someone an hour before closing told me yes going to be delivered 7 pm comes no one showed up but was told they were here and no one answered the door when my door is wide open waiting.. SAVE YOUR MONEY TIME PATIENCE AND GO ELSEWHERE! SAVE THE HASSLE!!! WORST PLACE TO GET ANYTHING FROM!!!Now they took my money for a product I don't even have in my house n never was in my house!!! The order was cancelled so why do I get stuck paying for something I don't have n never did have!!! RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LOOK BACK

I never met a more unprofessional company in my life. Think twice before locking yourself in a lease with Aarons. You are better off getting a few milkcrates to sit on until you are better financial situation. I promise you this will help you avoid years of harassments and un authorized charges on your credit cards.
