Today was my first time visiting the EHT Branch since ABCO became EdiFi. I had multiple issues to work out. Sarah was a Godsend! She helped me with my online account log in issue and worked out some other problems I was having. Sarah was knowledgeable, kind and patient. What most impressed me was she cared. I was a bit overwhelmed, and she worked through each problem in an efficient manner and in a way I could understand. Thank you Sarah!

Switched from abco to edifi and started charging dormant fees. Went in to see what was going on and was informed my account was closed. Was giving no explanation on why till I made up a story about still having a loan. Will not recommend

Do not got to credit union if you trying to apply for a vehicle loan, one small blemish and was denied, this credit union don't even have another options for applying for a you. People talk about how nice the tellers are, I more concerned about service to help me. What a waste. Been with this credit union for about 30 years, in process of closing, rates are awful, I have invested my money elsewhere.

Tried to open multiple accounts and they wasted a great deal of my time and kept asking for more documents. This is not and place that wants business customers.

I just learned I have a limit to the number of debit card transactions I can do in a day. Thanks for the zero communication telling me about this change.
UPDATE: I called customer service this morning and yes, confirmed there's a 15 transaction per day limit, but apparently deposits and failed transactions count towards this 15, and tbh I feel like I should be able to pay bills AND book a hotel room AND pay a parking meter AND pay for dinner all in one day, but I guess some computer somewhere feels differently. I just wish this 15 transaction limit was communicated to me BEFORE I tried to go higher than that.

It was a pleasant surprise to see how there are still helpful and kind people. From the first time I entered the Egg Harbor Township office, they treated me kindly. Alicia is a great professional who made everything very easy for me. I opened a CD with great rate. Thank you guys.

Wow I cannot believe it takes 10 or more days to get a replacement debit card are we living in the ice age get with the program this is ridiculous I definitely need to switch banks!

They are nice and friendly, they even allow my immediate family to deposit cash into my account which is great unlike the Atlantic City branch.

Upgraded bank by phone...is a horrible experience...can't access my account from my phone...an employee there was nice enough to reset pass codes...it worked then three days later locked out again....now because of covid they keep their doors locked....I might as well make wawa my new banking union. I feel like this is a way to hold up people's monies while they make money off it...yeah I said it !!! The longer they hold the more they make.....making one last attempt
