Wow I cannot believe it takes 10 or more days to get a replacement debit card are we living in the ice age get with the program this is ridiculous I definitely need to switch banks!

They are nice and friendly, they even allow my immediate family to deposit cash into my account which is great unlike the Atlantic City branch.

Upgraded bank by phone...is a horrible experience...can't access my account from my phone...an employee there was nice enough to reset pass codes...it worked then three days later locked out again....now because of covid they keep their doors locked....I might as well make wawa my new banking union. I feel like this is a way to hold up people's monies while they make money off it...yeah I said it !!! The longer they hold the more they make.....making one last attempt

I have been trying to square away autopay on my car since Aug. The loan application process is incredibly slow, everything done through a portal and email. Have questions.. good luck getting a person.Went to the branch to pay the first payment said I owed nothing and was not debiting my account. Finally the first payment hit my account 10/26 from August 31st! I sopke to several people and they assured me that the issue was fixed and next month will be ok. well it never hit. Many calls and emails, the problem is still not resolved. Spoke to manager who helped me set up ABCO as a payee in my bank bill pay. I asked why do i have to do this now, the last time i was told ABCO had to debit my acct. I was told they got an update... I said so how was i supposed to know? she said it is on our website.... well i dont bank with abco so how would i know this? No letter mailed.. zero communication.I paid dec 3 and it still has not come out of my account. Now I have a delinquent notice mailed to me.At this point I feel I have done my due diligence. What can I do? I no longer want to deal with this bank.

Was able to get into the new system but now I’m not able to access it AGAIN!!! This new system is TERRIBLE ☹️ and don’t try calling because you won’t get anyone on the phone.... it’s time to leave this credit union;(

Omggg this is the worst ever the new update n can’t get no one on the phone my hubby n I called 50 times no one picks up can’t even get on the New app time to look for a New BANK!!!!!!!

Four stars from me because outside of NEVER being able to get a live person on the phone to speak with when needed, all else is satisfactory for me & my experiences in banking with this facility for over the past seven years.
