Wow I cannot believe it takes 10 or more days to get a replacement debit card are we living in the ice age get with the program this is ridiculous I definitely need to switch banks!

The bank tellers are so friendly and helpful at this ABCO. They remember you and smile. I happened to spot a few bad reviews and completely disagree. Everyone has a bad day, but my family has gone to this bank location for 20+ years and tellers have been wonderful. They even answer the phone and help unlike places like Bank of America where you are nothing to them.

Do not bring your business here, their practices have become dishonest. I was approved for a car loan, then when i chose a sensibly priced new car (Yaris ia) they said they could no longer honor the loan, then suggested i may want to look at a higher priced vehicle. Their excuse was that their internal NADA valuation does not match what the NADA website says... but they had no reason as to why it's different and absolutely NO desire to correct the discrepancy. This experience was miles worse than when i used ABCO years ago for a new car loan. First they rushed me to get paperwork in by telling me that the special rate for March would not be applicable after 3.31.18; today Darrius said that that's not so, that the loan is valid at that rate for a month (so either one of the employees was lying OR the didn't know what they were doing??), they claimed they didn't get my paperwork when it was sent several times (this is the only thing i find semi believable), then they chose to undervalue the car i picked, which after i left a voicemail advising that the NADA website showed me exactly the price asked at the dealer an employee (Kira) left me a message saying their system looked to be wrong- now suddenly that employee is mysteriously "on leave" and everyone else i've spoken to dodged my calls even after telling me they'd call back so that i had to keep calling every couple hours. Now they refuse to honor the loan tho not ONE person can explain why the ABCO system has a different valuation for a NEW car that only has ONE model. And they couldn't explain why they were requiring a more expensive vehicle when their website stated a min of $5k -which at $17k+ this car was well over. Their advertising was false and their attention and concern non existent. I am so frustrated and disappointed! I've been a member for over 15 yrs and used to speak SO highly of ABCO but their service has plummeted since Mr Hershberger retired. For simple banking they may be ok but DON'T go to them for loans. They're just like every other bank, trying to force you into a higher cost car and/or payments just to make more money off their members.
