So grateful for William, Izzy, and Pedro! The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. While there were a few small glitches the day I picked up my car, they went above and beyond to make things right immediately. I never had such a positive experience anywhere in a Body shop.The staff are so professional,organized and pay attention to little details.Sue is just amazing with a pleasant personality.My car is perfect too.

Caliber Collision in EHT is fabulous. My car was damaged in an accident and Caliber was referred to me by my insurance company. I was contacted immediately and they worked hard to fit me in quickly and at my convenience. I was greeted immediately upon arriving and someone went out with me to check my car and give me an idea of what would need to be done. They arranged for me to be picked up by a car rental agency. I was updated several times throughout the repair process regarding the progress. Once the work was completed, my car looked as beautiful as new. A minor issue popped up a day or two later and they fixed it immediately. The work, professionalism, and customer service were superb. I highly recommend this team!!

I would give this ZERO stars if Google would let me. Everything about my experience with the Egg Harbor, NJ location of this franchise was deceptive and disappointing. They strung me along for weeks telling me multiple times that my car was ready and they were just waiting for the paperwork to leave the manager’s desk so it could be processed and I’d be able to pick it up in two days or even that same day. This went on for WEEKS, and there's no accountability. Ultimately I found out the delay ended up being because their mechanic neglected to order a part then they had to wait for that to come in. I asked the manager if knowing that the mechanic who worked on the car didn’t even know what parts to order would make him nervous about the safety of the vehicle and quality of the workmanship and he agreed it would but told me they and my insurance company gave a lifetime guarantee on the work. Useless if my personal lifetime is shortened because they made mistakes that resulted in me getting into a deadly car accident. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Disappointed with the quality – should’ve trusted my gut
I brought my car here about a year ago after an accident, and I regret it. The repair job was subpar and honestly looked like something I could’ve done better myself. In hindsight, I should’ve just taken the insurance payout and handled it elsewhere. The finish wasn’t clean, the alignment seemed off, and I was never fully confident in their workmanship. It felt rushed and careless. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience.

So easy and cooperative. All the staff is friendly and accommodating. I liked how easy it was for a rental and to return the return with enterprise right there onsite.
