I am absolutely disgusted with these people. Called with some questions and got nothing but attitude. Had a power outage and it takes 4 days to turn back on because they aren’t open on the weekend. Amazing. Is there another company I can use for electric?

If I could give them 0 stars , the customer service is horrible , worst attitude they think they are always right they don't even listen to client. Every month I have to fight them with my bill , they charge me $500-$600 then I take pics of my meter and they give me credit of over $500. They are ridiculous , they don't come read the meter either, I literally have a camera on top of my meter and the guy never comes. They are the WORST!!!

Atlantic City electric company is the absolute WORSE utility company by far. Customer service is a joke, I would like to give a minus star rating but there’s no selection for it.Further they charge the HIGHEST rates without being challenged by the state agencies that oversee utility companies. So it’s safe to say if you live in their area of electric supply your screwed!!!! Last item to state for anyone that is reading this, make sure you spend more $$$ on a backup generator, where I live we average a2-6 hour blackout at least 2 times a month regardless of season… Welcome to their domain and the 19th century electric supply…

So many problems doing the electric bill wireless with this company everybody else is easy trying to call them it's like pulling teeth to get somebody on the phone going to have to go there in person and switch it back to the regular mail. I have everything wireless for the past year this is the only company that is not up to speed........ Really stressful
