This post is not about the facility itself but about their customer service, which is horrendous.I had a positive view of this place until the time that my wife and I cancelled our membership and still got charged 3 extra months (totaling $110) even though we were not using the facility. When I spoke to their manager Alex, I was told that your wife's signature also needed to be there on cancellation form.This is ridiculous because granted her signature was not on there, but why would you not be able to reimburse the amount even though we had NOT buzzed into the place since cancellation. According to him, "it would count as an error on our part". Dude, I don't care about your error, its about doing the right thing, for your customers.Honestly its not even about the money but about basic human decency and customer service and this place disappoints in that regard.

I miss this gym!!! I moved to Nashville, but I used to attend this gym. I loved the indoor track upstairs, and the myriad of activities/classes available to members. I’ve been to gyms with obnoxious trainers who basically act like you’re in their way when they are working with clients, but I’ve never had that experience with the trainers and clients at this gym. Staff is super friendly. I’d definitely recommend becoming a member. Only reason for not giving five stars, is the equipment could be fixed up faster, and the pool/locker rooms could be a bit more spruced up. Definitely better than other gyms in the are, but still not what’d you expect for the price of membership. All in all really great gym.

For how expensive a Gym membership is at this place, you would think they would work hard to fix broken gym equipment. One machine in particular has been broken for at least two months and nothing has been done to fix it, some staff is friendly and some are more cocky. I believe you need a bachelor’s degree to work there, yet the ladies at the front desk just sit there on their phones whenever I walk by. I broke my finger just last week at this gym and when I went down to the front desk to ask if they had any first aid or even an ice pack for it, I was told to see if the people working the food stand would give me ice, those people told me that they would not sell ice to me and instead I had to buy a chilled water bottle for $2 to hold against my finger while we drove home. The other day a staff member that I rarely see in there told my boyfriend to move his book bag off of the floor and to put it behind the desk since it is a “tripping hazard” and they don’t allow gym bags on the gym floor. The book bag in question was average sized and right up against the machine that we were using and not in anyone’s way. Not to mention the waiver that you sign when you first get a membership there says that they are not responsible for any stolen property, why would I trust an employee that is never even behind the desk in the gym to make sure that my bag is not stolen? This same staff member then proceeded to walk around the gym and look at equipment that they will never fix and in that process, looked directly at two other guys with big duffel bags thrown in the middle of the floor with their stuff pouring out of it and not a word was said. Seriously me and my boyfriend both watched her look at the guys, look at their duffel bags and walk away, yet my boyfriend who has been going there for 2 years is told to move his book bag. We are seriously thinking about going to another gym because the quality of this one is just not good at all. Newer staff members are not knowledgeable nor helpful and overall it is just a disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, this gym was great a few years ago but it has increasingly gone down hill. The locker room and showers are always filthy, (today there were no towels available for at least the hour and a half that I was there). There were dirty used towels laying all over the floors. Gym equipment that breaks takes forever for them to either have it fixed or replaced. Again today there were no Lysol wipes available to clean the equipment before and after use. Personnel working there are still very friendly but my complaints fall on deaf ears. I know I’m not the only one complaining of how dirty the place has gotten as I’ve heard other members complain too.

The locker room is constantly crowded and not enough seats for people to get changed. The showers do not have a stand for you to place your own personal items. The pool needs maintenance I have had two ear infections from the pool. Some of the equipment is broken. The overall ambience is satisfactory. For the membership fees thing should be really looked into. It really makes me just want to consider going back to planet fitness.

Treadmill is a very old most of them out of order. Also, they're very dirty not being clean they used to be better but now everything is getting neglected.

I'm sharing this for a family member. They arrived early for their spin class, about 40 minutes ahead of time. Went to set up their spin bike and virtually all of the bikes will reserved by the instructor except for two. There wasn't anyone else there but they already had seats waiting for them. I don't see how that's appropriate, I believe it's a first come first serve when you arrive at the gym to use equipment. The class is full that's a different story if you're late. But if you get there early and there's only two spots left and there's not another soul there that falls down to the instructor. It's not like you can share a bike.

Quality instructors...I took a couple of aqua classes the one day i had off from work and the aqua instructor was top notch. But there are only aqua classes available during the weekday. As a teacher, it isn't something i can regularly do.As a single mom, i also need child care. I picked this gym, even though it is more costly, bc there is childcare. Today, I came in, was told by the front desk, "oh I thought we called you...there is no childcare today." But they had never calle me. They sign our children in, so it really would have been a courtesy that should have happened. I have been trying to get back into good habits, and it is a struggle for me to even be able to come in the first place. This is just one day...this doesnt happen every day. But it was pretty discouraging. Especially bc gas prices are expensive too.
