Everyone has a bad day, but my family has gone to this bank location for 20+ years and tellers have been wonderful. They even answer the phone and help unlike places like Bank of America where you are nothing to them.”

I came in to do a wire transfer and without surprise, the bank was packed. The teller at the front was kind enough to step away to assist me with the sign in process. I was then greeted by Jessica, one of the customer service reps. Not only was she extremely helpful and thoughrough, she's also extremely polite and understands how to communicate with her customers. Without delay, she proceesed my wire transfer, fast tracked / set me up with my debit card and meticulously went through every detail to ensure I understood every bit. Thanks to you and some of your colleagues, EHT will be my go to branch to visit.”
