Do not expect fair business dealings with doug the owner of beachcomber's. A couple years ago my dad passed and i inherited two rifles. And i had one more that was given to me that was my grandfather's. Doug offered me $25.00 each. I should not have accepted, but i did. He reached in his pocket and handed me $75.00 cash. No receipt, no paperwork. An hour later i called him and asked if i could stop back and give him $25.00 back as my grandfather's shotgun meant more to me than i realized. He said absolutely not. I have never went back. Never will.

Not a coin store you can browse. You have to stand at the locked door like a criminal and say what you're looking for. Looked promising from the Google photos. Never made it inside.

These people are real scumbags they took advantage of my 80-year-old father a retired veteran when it came to buying his gun collection, and in fact, they used my address to sell one of the guns, which I believe is against the law, and their FFL license should be revokedI will be speaking to the authorities on the subject

No reason at all to call yourself a “business” when you dont even sell stuff at your own brick and mortar. Before I went to the Brigantine location and they told me that this wasnt their “main shop”

Couldn't even get in the door, was told to go on Ebay to look at their inventory and comeback when I know specifically what I'm looking for... Had about $500 on me to see what's available, will never attempt to do business here ever again... The Only Pawn shop I've ever encountered to handle business in this Manner... And as to the Owner who says it's an online only store in the comments of my review I literally had people walk into this establishment not even a minute ahead of me just to be told I wasn't allowed in unless I wanted to look at something specific... An Extremely ludicrous manner of handling a sales business

A coin shop that you can’t even drive to and view what they have? You have to make an appointment but when you call the other person on the line makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience. I hope this store fails, and fails hard. This owner is in the wrong profession and hobby if this is the way you run a business. They say coin collecting is a dying hobby and this is the reason here! These people!

I got turned away from the door and was told to use their website instead. The website is complete garbage though so I wouldn't waste your time here.

Wow- all I did was call to ask if they bought collectibles. The woman asked what kind, so I told her the artist name etc. I could hear her typing to look up the information. She quoted me a price of $15. Funny, because the exact statue is selling for $100-$250 on EBay.

If you go to this place demand a itemized receipt. And don't take your eyes off the hands of the person behind the counter ripoff artist
