Last time, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for oil change, which was unprecedented. However, the staff is friendly and the wait area is nice. It's much better than Atlantic VW Audi at EHT, where I once spent the whole afternoon.

Parts department was honest and thorough. I appreciate that I had to wait a couple of extra days to get the part but they kept me informed. Just a professional department doing professional work to them but as a customer I really appreciate them. Thank you.
