I took my MDX in for service on 12/3. When the work was finished I noticed that the TPMS was not working properly. I was told to drive the vehicle and it reset automatically. Unfortunately, it didn’t reset, so I made an appointment for today 12/12. I was told by Connor and the service manager that they would look into it. I was told that if you was no fault on their end it would be a $200 plus diagnostics charge to see what the problem is. Twenty minutes later Connor tells me the sensors are good but the TPMS in the tires are bad because I have aftermarket wheels on my vehicle. I had no problem with this before I bought it in for service. I actually fixed it myself so I can't understand why this place couldn't fix it. I would never tell anyone with an Acura to get their vehicle serviced at this place. AWFUL!!!

I had such a great experience getting my new 2026 Acura Integra! Steve was amazing — super helpful, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress free. Thank you, Steve, for helping me find the perfect car! Also, a big thank you to Charles for his help and professionalism throughout the process. Highly recommend both of them!

A+++. My salesman made my buying experience so easy and smooth. He helped me with getting my insurance updated as well. When I came back the next week with some technology questions, he helped me so patiently and assured me I could always feel free to call or come in with any questions. Much different experience than at the last dealership I was at. Usually you get someone who makes the sale, then doesn't care to hear from you or help you with anything. Can't recommend this place more.

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I bought a car for my brother, and they assured me it had all the service done—new battery, fresh oil, etc. Within just two weeks, the battery started failing. The car wouldn’t start after being parked, and the issue quickly went from happening occasionally to every single day. We had to bring it back under warranty for service. On top of that, the dashboard kept showing an oil error. After service, the error disappeared, which means they clearly lied about the oil being changed in the first place.
To make matters worse, we left with temporary tags and were told we’d get a call once our plates were ready. I never heard from them—I had to call myself only to find out the plates had been sitting there.
This dealership is full of empty promises and dishonesty. Be very careful—they are one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Key Acura of Atlantic City is a great place to buy a car! Kevin was my salesman he was super professional and walked me through the whole process. I was a first time car buyer so I really liked how he helped me understand everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend, just ask for Kevin!

Does anyone think it’s OK for a service associate to write on the top of the hood of your car with a pen and paper no clipboard? Apparently, the service manager didn’t think it was a big deal took nothing off the bill for the inconvenience and the disrespect Until I asked for the bill to be reduced, and he told me $10 even more disrespectful than the service associate writing with a pen and paper on the hood of my car that’s how they treat your property even if you have the top model that they sell their Not good enough I told him I bought an Acura , they’re very good cars But I should’ve bought another Mercedes because the service there is always impeccable and there’s no way they would’ve let a A service person or anybody write ✍🏽 with a pen and paper on the hood of the car like it’s a POS I called the manager Rocco. He never called me back. I would not spend my money here if I were you because they don’t respect you.

After negotiating and agreeing AND signing all paperwork including my trade in, (over 5 hours there) the mgr proceeded to ask me for an additional $3,500 that was not disclosed on the contract proposal. I almost paid this! But then I walked out and will never be back even though I loved the product and might have been a lifetime Acura client. It was actually pretty humiliating. The mgr tried to blame this on the sales rep saying “I can see how you would be confused” in looking at my negotiation offer and deferred me back to the sales rep but it wasn’t him at all. I even had a personal connection as my bf works with his daughter and apparently I was even getting a special manager discount . When I asked for a copy of my contract I noticed the mgr conveniently did not sign the negotiation offer so obviously it was shady and not transparent. I’m a realtor and couldn’t believe this happened. After I left we called the turnersville dealer and with giving my numbers over the phone they actually quoted me $40 Les per month and we didn’t tell them about my other “discount”. I decided not to get my car there either because I would have to service it in EHT for convenience and out of principle I was not going to give any business to such an unethical company overall. Again, it’s not the product but there are enough competitors out there to sway anyone. Just watch out and don’t stand for being ripped off.

Service dept.is horrible. I called hit the number for service and the phone hangs up. Had the sales department transferred the call and left a voicemail mail. Never got a call back. After doing this a few times I get through and they are booked 3 weeks out.
