I had the pleasure of having Anthony as my sales consultant and he was amazing. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend Anthony to anyone that is looking for a vehicle.Brian was excellent too. Very friendly and easy to work with.Also, Alex from the service dept is a gem! Super sweet and amazing.

Aquila is an Angel in the service department. I truly hope you guys know what you have with her. I'd hire her in a heartbeat at any garage I ever managed over the last 26 years in the car industry.My son lost his keys to his 02 Acura RL and it's a complete nightmare situation. Aquila went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to try and help us... My sincere thanks, no matter how this turns out... (our car is still there, due to Both Key Honda And Key Acura's dealerships' key machines being broken. And they are right across the street from one another. Come on guys... aka owners of these franchises...Really? It's literally one of the best times Ever to own a new car franchise and you guys can't get your department a new key machine? Stop being cheap and give your employees the tools they need to be successful and sell more work!)Besides both dealers (Honda and Acura) dropping he ball on the key machine, Aquila was fantastic and extremely helpful!

Staff is always friendly! However, my brakes been squeaking for the pass 3/4 months! Mechanics state they don’t hear it! I haven’t received a return phone call from last week! I was informed that the manager was going to call me and still no response

The staff was nice very respectful. The only thing I had an issue with is having CarShield and I had to pay out of pocket CarShield covered nothing and also not having a vehicle while my car was being service was difficult. Overall I recommend

On August 2, 2022, I dropped off my car to be fixed. I had an oil leak. Boardwalk Acura did a diagnosis of my car the previous week. They said while they fixed my oil leak that I should also replace my timing belt also. So I agreed. Total cost with taxes was $3982.07. It took them one week to fix my car. On August 19. 2022, I picked up my car and paid the full amount. On November 7, 2022, I dropped off my car to Boardwalk Acura again. The week prior to dropping off my car, I notice oil leak. I see the oil stains in my driveway. Anyways, that day, one of the Acura technicians said that there was no leak. He took me back there and said something about some1 pouring oil and missing . I was hoping he was right . However, in a few weeks , I notice more oil stains in my driveway, so I made an appointment to come in so they can look at my car again. The appointment was set for November 28, 2022. Acura schedule me to come in while my service rep, Adrian was off that day. Anyhow, the mechanic , I believe his name was Ralph looked at my car and says that my car has a new leak . I had to schedule an appointment the following week to see how they would resolve my problem . I already paid $3983.07 to fix my leak . I feel I shouldn’t have to come out with more money from my pocket. Anyways , in December 5, 2022, I came in to drop off my car again. This time , Adrian , the service representative, says that they only had 2 mechanics in that day and they were backed up. Adrian asked me to come in the next morning. Okay, next day comes. I drop off my car to get it diagnosed again. Now Adrian says the front engine mount is leaking, ATF cooler hoses are leaking, and P/S axle seal is seeping. Now , he says the cost to fix this “new” problem would be an additional $2606.91 with taxes . However, Adrian told me that he would talk to the manager to get me a deal since Acura feels bad that this had happened to me, I told him that I am not paying another penny. I told him if I knew this was going to happen , I would have just traded in my car for a new car. Instead of sinking my money into this car , I could have used the money to put into a new car.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Boardwalk Acura. After car searching for weeks & stopping at other dealerships, my father and I decided to check out Boardwalk Acura. Kevin Pleydel greeted us with welcoming hands & he was EXCELLENT! He was patient, very knowledgeable, and not like the pushy salesmen I encountered days before at other dealerships. The transaction went smoothly, fast, & Kevin made sure I was leaving with the car I wanted. Jean from financing was GREAT! He explained everything throughly, as well as all the options I had. Both men treated my father and I as if we were family. My experience at Boardwalk Acura was great because of them!

Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Kevin gave us a fair deal on our new vehicle as well as a fair price for our trade. From scheduling our test drive to delivery, Kevin communicated everything to us and delivered everything as promised. No pushy sales tactics, no hidden fees. If Kevin were a doctor, he'd get an A+ for bedside manner. Just a super personable and knowledgeable guy. Couldn't be happier with the buying process and our new vehicle.

Went in to get an oil change and to address a recall. My car was serviced quickly. Adrian was kind and polite. We discussed future concerns about my car. The service department is always on point. I love this particular dealership.. Keep up the great work as well as the customer service..

D’Andre did an excellent job getting me what I wanted. I probably would’ve looked else where had he not been so diligent in getting me into a car. He was very polite and patient. Would recommend Boardwalk Acura and D’Andre to anyone in the market for an Acura. Great Job!

I absolutely love this dealership! I appreciate Mr. Kevin for helping me with my transaction and Ms. Aquila makes me feel like a valued customer and not just a number. All of the workers that I have dealt with are professional. They work hard to make sure that I am satisfied anytime that I go there, whether it be for a simple oil change or if I need my car serviced. They take great care of their customers here and they take great pride in what they do!

I took my Acura in for service, they were on point as usual. Aquita is always so helpful and the service personnel always do a great job. They cleaned my vehicle, that's so convenient especially now with all this pollen. I saw the gentleman cleaning it and he took his time to leave it spotless. Thank-you so much for such a great job.
