Drove my car to the Service area, and had my car intake done in less than 5 mins. Got real-time texts on my phone that gave me continues status updates for my car repairs. Even sent me additional forms to read and sign via text, also option to pay via my mobile, and pick up late until 6:30 pm.

Had a great experience with Boardwalk’s service department. Brought my car in without an appointment. Matt was awesome and got me checked in quickly. I received text messages and calls with updates. Had my car back early the next morning. Highly recommend this dealership!

I had a great experience as soon as I entered the door. My appointment was scheduled for 1PM, so I decided to show up a little earlier to get some work done in their free wifi lounge. They were happy to take me ahead of schedule and conducted a diagnostic for free. I did indeed need some work done, but the representative by the name of Ryan took great care of me and my needs for the vehicle. He even offered me a loaner free of charge. Highly recommend this dealership as they are attentive to the customer experience.

Alex was professional and friendly. He said my car would be done within an hour and it was, as promised. I was also able to use a coupon to get the best price! AND I enjoyed a complimentary cafe mocha while I waited after a long day of work!

Boardwalk Honda in Northfield has been the best car purchase I’ve ever had. Everyone has gone above and beyond to get me a great vehicle, at a fair price and followed up my purchase with the best customer service.I want to say this about Juan, who was my sales person. “Thank you Juan, you are just such a super person to buy a car from”. No oressure, no sneaky add one, or costs that I didn’t ask for. Just a class guy and a wonderful family man. I say if you want to buy a beautiful Honda, see this gentleman.I’d also like to thank Brian, Steve and Alex. Three good people who helped me get the car I have been searching for for six months. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This dealership shouldn't even be open. Two years ago I brought my year old Honda here for a routine oil change (which took forever) but the customer service was nice it was whatever. Later that day my car DIED on the parkway. The car wouldn't shift, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree, and then ultimately completely shut off. I actually thought my transmission blew up. After paying a tow truck to tow all the way back to my dealership in Turnersville, I was informed that whoever changed my oil left a rag on the motor which was sucked into the intake, thus making my car "die". After MONTHS Honda boardwalk finally reimbursed me for the oil change and tow truck but to this day I still have issues with it and I completely blame this dealership for almost blowing up my car (yet another problem just arose with my motor hence the late review). DO NOT go here at any cost.

The check in team is great after that everything goes down hill.The car is in the back for service for 4 - to 5 hours for a oil change and tire's when you have a 8 am appointment. Went again had transmission flush and tire rotation got there at 7:30 didn't leave there until 3:10 It makes no sense they take that long. When you look back there you see your car and no one working on it

Excellent experience from making the appointment to paying when the work was completed. Vicky may just be the best service person I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve owned a lot of cars across a lot of manufacturers. Overall, a great experience with everyone. I’ll be back!

This dealer not only beat everyone's price for a similar model with similar mileage, but made the whole purchase an anxiety free transaction, that is very rare when buying a car. My car needed service while I was staying in the island, so I scheduled my Honda at Boardwalk. Alex did my intake, close out and orchestrated the Boardwalk house car, to take be back to the island and pick me up at the end of the day when my car was ready. He was friendly, got me in/out quickly and made the entire process 100% hassle-free. Craig transported me to/from the dealership. He could not have been more kind - a rare soul that you meet when you least expect it. Bravo to the mechanics who worked their magic and the rest of the team for an A+ experience.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the car I bought from that place. The salesman was very nice and was helpful. I live in NY and was on vacation in AC and decided to buy a car and everyone told me that the Honda Pilot was very reliable, since I have kids and all. So, we bought and drove it back home safely “Thank God” for that. The next day back home, the car stopped working and all the light features went on and the car won’t start. So, I called the Honda towing service and came within a few minutes.They towed the car and took it to the nearest Honda place. The service area gave me the hardest time to let me know what is wrong with the car. Finally after 2 days of complaining and running around all over the place to figure out what to do. They told me that the sensor was broken and it needs a new one to be installed.I’m sitting home without a car that I bought brand new, frustrated and very angry and tired of all this mess I’m in.It’s very unprofessional and very disappointing that I’m being treated like this.Be very careful buying new cars from Honda dealers these days. People are very deceiving and just wanna sell.
