“First. This is my one and only review Not something I do! But my experience was so good had needed let others know. We were flying in from Orlando and had reservations for car hotel etc. while in Orlando airport we fat a notification that our flight was delayed and the gate changed ?
So we were leaving a couple hrs later, then delayed again , then another fate change, and another delay.
That is when the Avis rep called me and verified I would be coming later. I think he said his name was John. He called again after yet another delay. And said not to worry he would have everything ready so it would be smooth and fast in and out. Yea we all heard that before. But this time it was true. Best thing that happened that day!! Imagine how ticked my wife was after all this. Avis made the whole disaster end with giant positive. Absolutely fabulous service 5+ STARS.”

My return flight was cancelled and he really gave me great options, helping me to navigate my situation. “Their buses may not be the nicest, and they only have a couple seats on them, but this is a way better and cheaper mode of getting around AC than taking a NJ Transit bus or Taxi, and are much more frequent than the former. The drivers are also very friendly and have a good sense of humor.”
