Poor integrity and poor customer experience. I will never recommend this dealership. We had a been talking with a dealer for a few days about a specific car and made the appointment for Saturday to purchase a car. Even followed up with the sales person on Thursday to confirm our Saturday appointment.
Today we received a text message they sold the car. I am stunned by the clear lack of communication and integrity of this dealership. If I had known there was no intention of honoring our Saturday appointment, I would have never spent money on a rental car to drive all the way from Philadelphia.

Customer service rep was great but there was a bit of confusion as to appointment time versus the drop off time. Why would I bring a routine service appointment in at 8:15 am to be told that the actual time the car would be serviced was sometime in the afternoon?? When I voiced concern to rep he did indeed have the car done for pick up at 11:00 but perhaps a policy review on that one. Also your text message service texted me daily for more than a week and up to three (3!!!!) times in a day. Who has time for that! Again I know it’s an automatic service but they need to review the text guideline, perhaps the day to confirm the service and 1 day before for cancellation. It my second time here so I will give Chapman another chance. Thanks for the venting!
