Great customer service. Had valet service for pick up and drop off to have an oil change. Both drivers ( Bruce picked up my car) and hopefully you can look up the driver of my delivery back home, both were outstanding they were friendly, courteous and professional. My service agent Bessy was available, courteous and professional when I needed to speak with her.

We bought a 2023 Lincoln Corsair at Chapman Lincoln in EHT, NJ on 9/11 2023. My sales guy, Andrew, was awesome. He was not pushy, he answered all of our questions, and he bent backwards making sure we understood everything about our new car. Even asked me to come back in a week or 2 to ask more questions. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had a fantastic experience at the Mazda dealership when purchasing my Mazda CX-5. Our car salesman Doug was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. He answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. The dealership had a great selection of cars, and the CX-5's features and performance have exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable buying experience, and I highly recommend this Mazda dealership to others looking for a new vehicle.

Great experience. I had done my homework and went to a few dealerships in Ocean County. Ended up calling Chapman Ford and speaking with Mike W in phone sales. Got numbers back to me in 15 minutes right where I was trying to be. Went in the next day and signed. Andrew Hoffman helped me with paperwork and delivery. If you walk in- ask for Andrew. General sales manager came out and said thank you at the end. Smooth process throughout.

We had an AMAZING experience at Chapman Auto Group. We purchased five new Mazda ST-5 vehicles for our non-profit business to modernize our agency fleet. Antonio La Cava was our Fleet Manager and he was responsive, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great price, great service, we could not be happier. Just bought my new Ford Expedition from Andrew at Chapman. Had an amazing experience. Andrew was very personable and worked with us to get us what we wanted and answered all our questions that we had in regards to Al aspects of the car. Alongside Andrew, his manager, Greg was very helpful and worked in tandem to get us everything we wanted for an amazing price. I will definitely be returning for another car in the future.

My experience with the service department has been disappointing and having My vehicle repaired here after collision was even more so. I spent every dollar I have made to get a brand new truck and for it to repaired or worked on by a certified technician and it not be 100 percent is unsatisfactory my story is really long and I'm noting that they will fix this without me not having my vehicle for days once the result of my case number and the fact that I had an oil change and it has been leaking coolant ever since the service 1 week ago. I will be contacting them tomorrow so that they can find out what this tech did.

Once again, I took my mustang into service for a regular oil change. Even though it’s a simple service, I still was treated like they were changing the motor. All professionals there. Had it done in a professional manner and on time too. Ray and the REST of the crew are the reason I bring my car to them.

I signed up for yelp solely to make a complaint, and I've had issues before but considered none yelp-worthy. Today I spent all morning negotiating, driving and then coming to arrangement to come back with 25k in check to complete a purchase. LET ME be clear the car was not sold in that 2 hour gap but was sold 2 days prior!!!! It was in lot, they let me drive it twice, and they brought out management and ran my credit and set up the sale to the point of me simply picking up my son n returning to with check n documents to purchase. Upon my return things got odd: they told me the saleswoman I worked worth was technically "off today" and the manager was also now at home and had been deeply mistaken. The car was sold before i even sat down this morning. Then predictably they suggested an unrelated car as if vehicles and my selection was incomplete. HORRIFIC and they won't deny it.

This dealership charges 3% for paying with a credit card for any service.I will not go back!!You should not penalize people for paying with a credit card!

The service center was fantastic to work with. A special shout-out to Ray for his knowledge and guest service - he provided answers and feedback in a timely manner and the overall process was very smooth. I will definitely use Chapman Ford for all future car purchases and services.

Service at Chapman Ford was excellent. Tracy behind the counter was very good and the technician was very good. The thing that makes me very unhappy is that they charge 3% to use a credit card to pay for your service. I feel that’s a disgrace, and that is a part of doing business, and I will not return if they continue to charge you for using a credit card.
