I was in the market for a new vehicle as my current Nissan lease was up in January. I did my research and gave Mazda a try since Car and Driver rated it so favorably. I started at a different dealership and wasn't happy with the salesman. I decided to drive the 45 minutes here from Gloucester Township. I knew what I wanted so I came prepared. My salesman name was Alan. Alan was the perfect mix of knowledge, assertive but not aggressiveness and personality. I read the previous reviews, sure, the Finance manager was nice , she had great reviews but I didn't buy my car here because of her highlighting skills and protection plan knowledge. I bought my car here because of Allen. He related to me and he treated me like a person, not just a sale. More importantly, I related to him and he made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and that he wanted me to get the best deal I could. The car buying process isn't my favorite but I love my new Carbon edition Turbo CX-5. I was inclined to write a review specifically about Allen because of the way I felt dealing with him. His partner Doug helped him at times when he was busy, and Doug is a nice guy, but I made my purchase at Chapman because of my initial experience dealing with the salesman. The building itself it beautiful, clean, friendly and filled with stock and it made the car buying process a lot easier than the previous 4 dealerships I went to last week. The sales manager, Mike was a nice friendly person also and everyone there made me feel good about this dealership. If you are looking for a new vehicle, first off, go with a Mazda! The price for what you get is top notch! And the people there made the experience better. And for the record, I don't know any of them or had ever been there before but I went with them even though I had a slightly better deal to a place that was closer to my home because they were better at what they do than the other dealership down the pike.

Purchased our 3rd Mazda from Chapman recently. I can't say it enough how easy it is to purchase a car from these guys. We received a great price right up front each time and delivery is pleasant and professional. Alan assisted us this time around and I would definitely recommend him to everyone. Check out our new Mazda CX3!

Sales team is FANTASTIC. Service is a whole other story. I’m already counting down the days to get the hell out of my 2020 CX-9 (love the car!! But so many problems that they NEVER fix), and go to whatever is not a Mazda.

The service team are always friendly and quick here. Rob has been going above and beyond to keep me safe, as they’re wearing latex gloves for their own safety, but I am severely allergic.

I fell asleep on the couch in the service department while waiting for an oil change. It's seriously like the most comfortable couch I've ever had the privilege of sleeping on.

Thee best car buying experience I've had in many many years!!! Beyond happy with my new CX-5 that the GREAT staff at Chapman Mazda were so helpful to assist me in driving home with. Our sales person Doug was very professional, polite, understanding, and did not drive us crazy like other local salesmen did. Greg, the manager, is a joy to converse with and has a great personality!! Alan, the salesman who was pleasure to chat with, made our waiting time go by very quickly. He also took the time show me all the functions of the car. They took the time to make sure I left happy and with exactly what I needed! The friendliness and welcoming by the Chapmen Mazda team was not what we expected since our past experiences felt as if we were being harassed instead of assisted. There was no consistent calling/texting, they understood our requests and fulfilled them with great integrity. ABSOLUTELY would recommend them to friends and family for their vehicle purchases!! LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Mazda CX-5!! (Hubby likes it so much as well that he might get one for himself! lol) THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Great service and get staff. Makes getting in and out easy. Shuttle to take you around if it's a long wait. Ben is great to work with.
