By far the BEST experience I have ever had when getting a car !!! Alan Huscher is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He was very understanding and helpful and fought for every penny (even though they don't make them anymore) to make this deal for a vehicle as affordable and comfortable for us as possible. I bought my first Ford pick up from Chapman Ford this year My sales person was Rayna Holman I’ve always been a Chevy person, but I thought I would give Ford a try. My sales person was very knowledgeable and precise about what I wanted The sale went through without a hitch and was done in record time for me I’ve had the truck about six months now and I am thoroughly happy with my choice. Buying my very first brand new car was such a big step, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Chapman Ford Egg Harbor Township. I started shopping by way of text with Erica, at Chapman Mazda EHT. She was incredibly knowledgeable and super nice to deal with. Upon arrival she greeted us with the car I was shopping for, and then proceeded with the sales process. We talked extensively about the car, and went for a test drive. The car was just what I wanted, and the sales service was a pleasant surprise.

I can't express enough gratitude to Derek and Alicia, the incredible sales manager at Mazda of Egg Harbor Township, NJ. When my car needed servicing, they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of with a loaner vehicle.

My 2024 CX 5 has a brake issue at under 20k miles. Soft feeling, noisy. Dropped off and service writer drove it and agreed, yeah something's up with the brakes we'll check it out. $30 Uber home because there's no courtesy vehicle available. Within an hour of leaving, they sent a video, checked them out, no issues found. That'll be $110 for diagnosing no problem. Guess where I will never spend another dollar.

$50 more for the same oil change & general overlook of the car (which is why I have my oil changed, to maintain my vehicle as it wears) over my old dealership, plus 3% extra to pay them.
Appointments only, which doesn’t work well with my random schedule. When I come in for service (even little stuff) they don’t document the accurate mileage, which to me is important. How can you trust anything if they can’t read an odometer?
I enjoy being able to be squeezed in when they have space for oil changes and working with my old service advisor. Didn’t feel comfortable with the service advisor here, but perhaps I’m being too defensive. I’m not certain though.
I’ll look for another dealer for serious problems, service, and future purchases.
