Right after I ordered I immediately regretted it. Went to use the bathroom, it was filthy, smelled and the soap dispenser doesn't look like it ever had been filled. If there's no soap in a restaurant bathroom that the employees use, how is anyone washing their hands. I didn't even attempt to eat the food, just gave it to the dog, hopefully he doesn't get sick from it.

Charles has a great selection especially when entertaining or hosting sporting events or if you just want something fresh and hot. The staff is always pleasant and service is prompt. I've been there time and time again and I never get tired of going back!

Absolutely horrible cheesesteaks. Pre-made and warmed in a microwave. Meat was thick like store bought frozen steak. The help didn't know their own business and kept asking if I wanted mayonnaise. Why? Will never ever eat here again.

I got there at 11:15am on 7/30/23 (they open at 11:00am) and 2 employees are sitting on the curb waiting for the manager to show up. This is the 2nd time I have gone to Charley's and they are not open on time. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!
