The owner has always been the nicest guy to us and we love his selection of wears and prints. Highly Recommend a stop when near or at Smithville!”

Quality - the clothing here is high quality and the owner takes great care of all his inventory to make sure everything meets a high standard. Clothes I have bought have held up well over time so far. When you buy here you feel confident you got a good product
Brand - Really unique and cool stuff. Definitely not basic. This is a True local place with local feel to the branding. I did not visit the old store so I can’t say how much it changed but there’s definitely new items so if you have not been recently you should visit again
STORE - you can tell the owner takes great care in his store and his inventory. The store is ALWAYS exceptionally clean. As for shopping it’s definitely not cluttered and easy to browse. Parking usually not bad because it’s on a corner and a lot of parking in the area.
PRICE - definitely on par or less than other real clothing stores in the area. Definitely worth the money for a hoodie that will last you longer.
Customer service - Service is above and beyond. This guy truly cares about treating his customers right and being respected in the community.”
“I just gotta shout out Lashirah for how she held it down for me. I rolled in looking for a thobe and wasn’t really sure what I wanted. She was super chill and helped me sort through the styles and sizes, making it easy to find what I needed. Her vibe was on point, and she really knew her stuff. “Location, location, location. What a great spot! Located right in the heart of the boardwalk. Walkable to dozens of restaurants. The staff is super friendly, rooms are very clean, and there's always something to do. You can't get bored here! It is pricey, however, such is the case with the location. Definitely worth paying what we paid for this hotel. It has a lot of history and they certainly make use of the space provided for as old as the building is. We booked last minute and took a shot. It didn't disappoint. I loved the parking situation. We were able to park in the lot that borders the hotel. From here, we could quickly grab our sand toys for the kids, chairs for us, and odds and ends and head up to the beach. I noticed a sign about future luxury condos going there?????? I'm not sure how that would have an affect on parking or where we would park. I'll be curious in finding out. I love how it is now. I'll be disappointed if that convenience of parking changes. The only other negative, is a lack of balconies. Only a few rooms have them. It would be nice while at the beach. Over all, excellent experience!”

“I was in there a couple of seasons ago and told the sales person Eva what type of jacket I was looking for. She took my information. I forgot about it, the store called and said they received a jacket brand new with tags, since the jacket wasn’t for myself they were helpful with pictures and measurements. The jacket worked out perfect . They always remember the customers even if you don’t go there on a regularly and they are so nice.”

“UNPARALLELED shopping experience! I typically never find clothes that I like, I get overwhelmed in big department stores, and I always walk out of other stores frustrated & empty-handed. Until I discovered CHIC BOUTIQUE—life changing!
The inventory of beautiful clothes is so vast that I always walk out of there with a minimum of 2 shopping bags, (which is unheard of for me if I shop elsewhere— I don’t even like to shop!!)
The owners have a great eye and buy beautiful garments to stock in their lovely boutique.
But even beyond that, it’s the high-touch customer service that keeps me coming back to this spot.
The 2 ladies who run the store are exceptional. They give just the right amount of service: not too much where you feel like they’re pushing you to buy something, but enough that they’re always ON IT. They help you find things that would look great on you and they always take your armful of clothes to the dressing room so you don’t have to schlep them around while you’re browsing. It is the perfect amount of assistance.
They also give honest feedback in the dressing room ranging from: “That looks amazing on you!”, to “Nope. I don’t love it. Here, give it to me, I’ll put it back for you.”; so there is no hard-sell with this shopping experience. I honestly feel like I have my own personal assistant whenever I shop there.
They are truly a delight to work with and they have helped me SO much. The experience is so wonderfully atypical that I don’t even bother to shop anywhere else any more—nowhere. This is my one and only go-to place because it’s that successful, every time.
Ask for Meredith or Andrea when you go and I’m sure they’ll make your experience exceptional like they do for everyone. CHIC BOUTIQUE is a rare find.

Walked in just needing socks and walked out with a full alt-core rebirth. The vibes?? Immaculate. Black walls, loud music, chains everywhere it’s giving ✨my final form?✨. Literally felt like I teleported into 2007 and got hugged by Paramore.
And don’t get me STARTED on the merch. Hello?? They had Hello Kitty x Kuromi x My Chemical Romance shirts in the SAME RACK. I audibly gasped. Employees were so cool too, like if a Funko Pop and Tumblr had a baby and gave it piercings.
Anyway I blacked out and now I own 3 new graphic tees, a Wednesday Addams backpack, and a choker that might awaken something in me. 10/10 would emotionally spiral there again ??

“Visited this store today to do a exchanged for a friend 2/6/2024 , my excellent customer service began with a phone call to the store . The gentleman who answered the phone was so pleasant giving me directions from the hotel , I was at. Upon arriving in the store I was greeted by a young lady who had a smile on her face and answers to my questions for the exchange. She showed me T- shirts and displayed them so nice that I was able to video call the individual and show them the various selections available to them . Upon the person making their selections, I took to the register for the exchange and the same gentleman who answered the phone, handled the exchange. The customer service that I received from these two employees was above and beyond , that I would come back to this store to shop for myself. They both need to be recognized and appreciated by the company they work for, it's been a while for me to be inside a retail store , since I usually shop online. Their fantastic customer service reminds me of what, I can't get online! The two of them could work for anyone who interfaces with the public. Thanks for a phenomenal experience!”
“I don’t normally leave reviews but let me tell you. I had an AMAZING experience here. They were super sweet and very patient with me. I was greeted when I walked in, which caught me off guard you don’t get that much from a lot of stores one of the managers I can’t remember her name, but she was very sweet and very helpful. There was an item they didn’t have in my size and she went out of her way to look in your system to see if it was in the other store on the other side or any store nearby my house she even called to double check if they had the item, they did and I’m very thankful for that. They went out of their way when she could’ve just lied and told me they didn’t have anything super helpful and checked up on me. I felt very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.”

“I JUST DROPPED OFF A LOT OF MY DESIGNER CLOTHES AND JENNIFER THE WIFE OF DAVID WHO BOTH RUN THIS STORE. I WAS SO PLEASED TO TALK TO JENNIFER, SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL AND I WAS HAPPY TO DROP OFF MY CLOTHES WITHOUT GETTING A PRICE. DAVID IS THE ONE WHO GOES THROUGH WHAT I DROPPED OFF, AND WILL GET BACK TO ME.
I REALLY TRUST THEM AND I AGREED THAT THE ITEMS THAT WERE NOT SUITABLE FOR THEIR SHOP, THEY HAVE A DONATION PLACE THAT WILL TAKE MY UNWANTED CLOTHES.
