I moved to the area during Covid and pregnancy, so finding a gym was challenging to say the least. What a blessing CrossFit OTG has been these last 3 years! They are flexible for the newest member, scaling workouts to meet needs, yet challenging to the veteran crossfitter who needs a good daily push. Great box and fully recommend!! ??

Thankful to my brother in the Air Force that got me into Crossfit and found CrossFit OTG. Took me to a couple of work outs and now almost two years here.Challenging since I have never done CrossFit but grateful that I’ve stuck with it. The challenging workouts, the discipline and seeing people get better is what has motivated me. Completely changed how I approach fitness. And so thankful for the amazing coaches and great people in the OTG community that has helped me along the way.Tedd S.

Such a beautiful CrossFit gym! Coach Joe was so knowledgeable and did an incredible job of making me feel welcomed.I love the community crossfit provides, and this gym totally holds that standard!

I’m an experienced cross fitter that moved to the area temporarily. I found OTG and worked out there regularly for a year before moving out of the area. The coaches I had there were excellent. They were very helpful with my form which kept me injury free the entire time. They did not “over coach” and knew right when to show up for encouragement when you struggled. The weekly WODs were designed that you can workout 5 days a week or more. I found this to be true with tough recovery workouts programmed in. If your a serious CrossFit athlete of any ability I highly recommend OTG. I made a lot of great friends there and stayed in top shape.

I was NEVER interested in going to gyms because my preconceptions were rooted in poor experiences with overpriced establishments that left me to fail after getting a 10 minute tour of the myriad machines and no support in planning a realistic and attainable road to better fitness. So when friends and family members suggested CrossFit, it was an easy “not for me”. I’m glad they persisted in convincing me to “at least give it a try” and I’m really happy I did.CrossFit OTG has been terrific! The coaches are knowledgeable and their methods are consistent and delivered in a supportive and positive way. And the culture! The camaraderie among fellow athletes, regardless of ability, makes me look forward to every class. When was the last time everyone in the gym cheered for you when you completed a personal milestone? The coaches know every athlete’s name and where they are on their fitness journey. Individual instruction is continuous throughout every class, which effectively gives every athlete a personal training session each time you’re there.Head coach and GM Russ and the coaches of CrossFit OTG obviously enjoy helping their athletes. Each of my visits has resulted in fitness gains and I’ve made a bunch of friends along the way.I highly recommend CrossFit OTG!

I’m completely new to CrossFit. I just wasn’t achieving anything I wanted to by working out on my own for lack of knowledge and needing some outside push. I’ve only been going a month now and the experience for a complete beginner has been great. Russ was really prompt at answering me and getting me in there to do the two one on ones. I was nervous about going into the group sessions but everyone there is so nice and helpful. Joe is amazing and makes sure I’m building up weight safely and makes me feel really safe and confident. I highly recommend this place. It might be expensive but it’s an investment in your self and your health. It’s also fun and I already can’t imagine going back to working out alone. You will not regret it.

Started at CrossFit OTG six months ago and the community and knowledge they have is amazing. As a person new to CrossFit, the coaches and members were welcoming and helpful. During this time they make the members the priority as the gym follows the guidelines for social distancing and mask wearing. OTG is a great place to be whether you are new or experienced with CrossFit.
