I rented a double unit climate control a year and a half ago. The original rental price was approx $225. As of yesterday when I emptied unit it was $425. Per month. I would not recommend leaving your things stored there very long. They practically doubled cost in less than 2 years. There is no price control .

When I got to my unit there was a brown paper bag with spiders and webs all in it. Unit was dirty with debris and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

This place is full of ahit, lying about how much it costs, increasing prices without permission to charge card when ever they feel like it, waiting for people to get comfortable and then raising prices is not okay at all. It’s a scam business , take your stuff somewhere else. Then they tell you they completely understand and will lower it and a manager will call u back, then when she calls , tells me I can have a smaller unit. What they are doing is completely wrong.

My experience haven’t been pleasant or good. I asked if the storage fee would change and I was told r wouldn’t, I do not recall reading it. I haven’t been with the company for 6 months and my fee went up over $40. It’s hard to contact a representative or the people in the store. I was charged some sort of fee after I was already a customer, I had two locks and they told me I had to get another from them and then I could return theirs within 30 days which was mind bothering bme cause again I had my own 2. When I called I received information and when I went in person there were different people and different information again. The new storage I moved to was so gross I had to ask if it was a joke. I understand it’s just a storage unit but why would someone want to store their belongings in that mess and pay for it? I was given the worst customer service from the computer check in person that was my last straw. When the weather is better I hope to remove my belongings. I have other things that were so wrong and I would not recommend. Also if I could give a 0 I would not a 1.
