Terrible service, I wish we had another compounding pharmacy around here. I dropped off a very important prescription for my dog with seizures this morning, and I was told it would be ready by end of day today. They lied, it will not be ready until tomorrow. There's no reason they can't get this ready now, so I can pick it up.

One and done. Literally. Because I never got my prescription after I had to call them twice and they said it would be ready later that day guaranteed. Not a call, text, or email back from them the next day either. Should have went with my gut and went through Good RX the first time

This place is a mail order pharmacy with 65 pharmacists licenses displayed. They ship all over the country. Pill counters and shipping clerks. No customer support. I left a message to cancel prescription and they never responded, just continued to ship and then claimed they’re not responsible for billing? My answer was you are responsible for filling my an unwanted, now non returnable prescription in an unopened shipping envelope received in. I had driven 50 miles to return to them and resolve my problem.

They r friendly and helpful—-usually. Never had an issue until i was a few minutes from the place to pick up my prescription and I called to say I was on Ocean Heights Ave and 5 minutes away. The girl who answered said she would try to let them know. I got there in a few minutes and rang the bell and the pharmacist at the door shooed me away and said we are closed. You know, I live a half hour away near Ocean City, NJ and got there at exactly 6 PM. If you care about reviews and customers, you should stay open for a customer who calls to say they are on they way and nearby!

Unfortunately we have a dog who has seizures its very upsetting. What's more upsetting is the pharmacy we depend on for medicine refills $$$$$$ seems to not care about promt service or leaving you with NO medicine when our dog needs it. It's not even compounded but rather they just slap a label on it. Shame on you CUREXA

Sent me an empty envelope instead of my medication, wouldn't send a replacement, and refused to transfer my prescription to a more local pharmacy even though I have many refills left. I am now almost a month without my mental health medication and am truly suffering. Do not entrust these people with your health.
