Courteous staff, quick service. I deducted one because CVS pharmacy uses outward clinch staples. I injured my fingers numerous times getting caught with it.

Was pretty early and store was quiet yet very clean. My self checkout experience was slow. This seems to be across different stores due to pricing changes or item quantity changes. I suggested a cancel option on the store survey.
I still appreciate personal customer service!

Absolutely no selections of vitamins whatsoever. Also, when you get to the vitamin section, half the stuff is out of stock.
Grossly overpriced too.

I like the store, but not the pharmacy. For some reason, the pharmacy workers are always rude and cold to the customers, be it in person, on the phone, or drive through. There was one guy who was nice to me, but he looked sad, like he didn't want to be there, I guess I understand why, because he has to deal with those other nasty staff members all day. I called my dr office and asked them to switch my pharmacy to another place. I will still shop at the store because it's nice, and the employees are really nice and friendly. But not at the pharmacy, it needs some improvements.

Most CVSs are the same. Generally the cashier checkout is the most inconvenient thing. They have added self scanning which helps. Overall a nice place to pick up quick home necessity items and health related products. We also get our prescriptions there.

I have noticed that a blonde woman working in your pharmacy is always getting treated and talked to like she is a piece of trash by her workers and managers she is beautiful kind and helpful and deserves way better treatment then she receives and as a customer I am shocked that that kind of treatment is allowed to happen that is not a good look for cvs as a company and this should be addressed and taken care of immediately and she deserves better

If you purposely looked for a worse pharmacy you will not find it anywhere but this location. Had a Zpack called in 11am went to pick it up at 630 pm and was asked if I really needed my medicine tonight since they were 24 hours behind on filling prescriptions. Yes I think the antibiotic prescribed for an infection may be something I want to start ASAP. This is an ongoing issue with this pharmacy. If you use CVS and live in the EHT area just go to the Somers Point Target location is so much better and friendlier. West Jersey CVS is a disgrace
